Yes as the title states I'm calling the inactivity of all those in the guild into question. I am aware that people have busy lives outside of gaia but when you are able to be on that doesn't mean you have the right to ignore your duties as a member, crew, vice captain, or even captain of this guild. Members need to stay active if only to post once a week or once every other day or whatever. Crew need to help the members, old and new, in staying active. Coming up with ideas and such. Vice Captains should be keeping an eye on the activity and speaking the with Guild leader (Captain) about ideas that they or others have for the guild. The guild leader should be helping everyone who needs it. Answering questions that might need to be answered.
Over all EVERYONE needs to be doing more then they are. Hell when most of our members are active in the Gotei Elite as members but not active in this guild, there is something wrong with that. I'm sorry but I stepped down from my Vice Captain seat for more then one reason. The simple fact that it appears that NO ONE is wanting this guild to grow. It's not the member's holding us back. It's the Crew, Vice Captains, and the Guild Leader (Captain).
At this moment I'm putting a vote of no confidence in all those within the guild. Not just the members, but those of higher power. This guild shouldn't be dieing and recovering over and over again. It's ridiculous and I am trying to do my best to not over stress myself. That is why I stepped down from Vice Captain seat and left this guild before because it was affecting my health. This is idiotic and ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this and if those that can do something won't then I will, whether the council likes it or not. I am doing what I can as a Crew member but as far as I have seen from those that do get on, I have seen no one doing anything else.
Yes we have rps but that's not going to get activity.
So, to wrap this up, I am putting a vote of no confidence in all those, crew and higher, within this guild. I do not say this lightly but something about this needs to be done and if this gets us to actually take action then so be it.

I agree with you to an extent. We do need to get our guild active as well. But for some of us who don't post as much, like myself, that doesn't mean we are not being active. For the past month, even with my work calling me in ove 40 hours now, I have been in rally, holly, and even towns looking for new recruits to try and get this thing active. Even outside of gaia, I am recruiting.
But I do agree, the members need something other then just rps to post in, they need to have something else besides those to get them interested in even being in the guild.

I stated this above and I will state it again. I am understanding of real life things. Towns and all that stupid little chat room things do not help us with members. I know, I have looked through them to find people. There is no one there. The way to find people is to search the forums on gaia. The rp forums on gaia, pm people with a guild invite. Do it any way possible. Don't just sit in towns and go "Hey would you like to join a bleach guild." because guess what, it doesn't work.
As I stated it's NOT just the members. Its the crew and higher ups as well.

A while back I posted a forums about people joining and even sent invites out to people telling them about Srots. I got us a couple recruits by doing that so I guess I will do another one. But like you said, its not just the members. I do agree that some of the crew should be doing work as well.

Enshara, you know I do my best when it comes to Vice Captain duties. I had a plan, but I will need help with it and I would have to do it Thrusday. (I have papers due tomorrow cat_sweatdrop ) My plan is to pm all members with little to no posts, asking them if they need help with anything. As most of you know, whenever I let someone into the guild I pm them and try to help them out. I am not good at recruting, it's sad to say. I want some things like a lottery or other events. (Redd and I were thinking of a VG SRotS birthday party next week for the 2 year birthday of the guild cat_3nodding ) I also plan on starting up my Rp this weekend. It seems Announcements in the guild are not working so we need to resort to something I loathe, quoting every single member of the guild to report in...
That is what I have to say and those are my plans. I do not know about anyone else, but that is how I plan on doing my weekend this week.

Eh, I thought it was well enough said that I'm a voting-only crewmember by now, because of school. But if you've got a no-confidence even in me, I can't really do much to change that.

This is a no confidence in ALL crew and higher ups. It doesn't matter who you are, you are still a part of this guild and even if you are only a voting member there are still things that you can do within this guild.

I personally have found that this guild has gone dead from when i had first joined. There was much activity when I had first joined, but now its just a ghost town. I have been trying to get people to join but as I have already told you Enshara they will not join from mainly ignorance or do not enjoy RPing or bleach. I have not tried to make a forum on the topic for the fact that many people already have and to little or no success it seems like. So I personally am running out of ways to recruit new members.

Did I state this was how ALL crew felt. No. This is based on my observations, research and what I have taken note of because of past occurrences. This is a repeat and that is all this guild is turning into is a repeat. Which is idiotic, stupid, and down right tiring.

Instead of arguing who I think isn't trying and those who truly are careless or even the ones who've forsaken the guild as a lost cause; I'll simply mutter my agreence. Now that the ethereal Sword of Damocles hangs above all heads, not just our collective one, swaying more menacingly than ever; what do you suggest? The blame game is fine an dandy for an execution, but not when we debate to prevent the same. All fun aside, we need a mandate as laissez-faire has shown incapable of helping this guild.

The first sentence should be easy enough. The rest goes like... now that we, the crew, usually seen as the infalliable few are under blame instead of the members or the top tier of our leadership, what do we do? Everyone is at fault, now we need an order over all ranks to fix it as everyone being asked to help isn't working.
