Okay I know I mentioned this earlier, based on Ace's idea, but how about we give out invites to people in guilds that we find guild role players in, that we are already members of and so on. We will need to pick a day in which we can do this quickly, and so as to add convenience to members perhaps we should have a thread called "Easy Findings" in which we will have a total of maybe fourteen posts. The initial post of course not counting, and we will lock it. The first initial post will explain what it is, and I will give a small explanation. The initial post of the thread will explain that the thread will lead them to where all the important things through hyper links, such as rules, where each skeleton is, and we will also have a hyper link set up so all they have to do is click to be able to open up a post so as to create a thread for their character, and so on. The other parts of it will be posts that are directed to each squad individually and in order holding hyperlinks to every individual thread onto the first page if some have multiple pages already. The first hyperlink of each squad will be to the Application/Squad Changing. This way members feel at ease to look around knowing that if they ever get confused or lost they just have to come to the thread and quickly look over it. Each Captain will also be in charge of their own post number in it, so as crew you can make edits for the hyperlinks.

I agree with this 100%. I believe members will make this so much easier for any member to get to the other things without the waiting for a responce or searching constantly through all the forums.

I agree greatly 110% but just one question.... What exactly must each crew member place in their post? Just wondering.

Just hyperlinks to each of your threads in your squad area, and make sure to keep it updated, so like if you were to make a new thread for a Bar like a month after this thread is made, you just go into your location of the thread and add it in. This is also true if your Lieutenants of Officers make a thread, you just go make a hyperlink for it, and you are done. This is also true for an update if you delete something, just go in and erase it. Also as a heads up, any guild role plays will also be placed up in the first post for hyperlinks, so this way it is easier, and it works for any guild role plays, but not squad role plays.

Okay, we have half the active council making a vote, but I am not sure who all else will be making a vote. So I will probably get to work on it sine I do believe that this can be helpful with new members.
If however people believe I should wait I will delete it instantly.

Also as a heads up for everyone else, the Application should be the first thing on the top, so as to make it easier for members to just click and go to try and join.

You did a good job, but yeah just add everything within your squad, and use the actual title for the name of the hyperlink. biggrin
