▶ ▶ ▶ Jin Raigo Taihaku◀ ◀ ◀ Head of the Raion Clan The hurried click-clack of her heels announced Jin's arrival. The demon hadn't stopped running since she had fled the Station Alley, though the burns on her legs stung like hell, she ignored them as an unsettling tingle triggered in the back of her head. For once the lioness wasn't late to the party, though it was clear four others had arrived before her and were gathered around a fallen Seo. Jin frowned and hurried over to the Lord, fear was growing in her belly as she sensed Maigo's panic. Taking her usual place beside the Nekomata, she gently placed a hand on Mai's back and was startled to find the dark fur felt slick. Fury mingled with the fear in the pit of her stomach, who ever had harmed her friend was going to pay, forget the firebug who had marked her – Mai's opponent was now enemy number one. Pushing back her growing anger, she looked to Seo, and understood that in her panic Maigo would not be able to properly treat him. ”Take a deep breath Mai and focus,” Jin said softly. ”You're no good when you panic like this... Lord Seo will be ok, right? You can take care of him, I know you can get him back to his usual heir hunting self.” In the end she had to believe her words, she had to hope that Seo would pull through this. Jin couldn't afford to let the worry show in her face, or in her voice, her tone had to remain even – perhaps softer than normal, the lazy quality to it missing as she attempted to calm her friend and kept an eye on their leader. ”Please hang in there Lord Seo.”

 Lord Seo Taihaku of the Tachibana-Hakushaku Demon Clan Nobody would ever accuse the lord of the Taihaku Clan of being the most careful person with regards to his health; he knew that he was going to die, so choosing the manner in which he passed on (and all the arrangements thereafter, as recorded by Rorek) was often at the forefront of his mind and actions. This would have been a worthy effort to give his life for, not just for the Shogun but for a final victory in the name of his clan, protecting all of his allies with the last dying embers of his life force. Naturally, it sounded noble until the mission was over and he realized that he still had some life in him, life that would slip away if he didn't get back into his routine of care for his own body, and he rather wanted to live a while longer if possible. He hadn't even had the chance to make heirs! All of the lovely women in his clan...they would forever be burdened with the knowledge that it could have been them, that had they only given in sooner to his obvious charms and accepted the inevitable...wait, no, that was just hopeful thinking. For now! Why was this relevant anyway? Oh yes, he was coughing again...and his team were returning to him now, not the least of which catching his attention was the little twin-tailed kitty with her frantic swishing and her desperate healing...his bloody lip curled into a pleasant smile despite the pain. Lifting a pale hand, he set it against the red wound on her side and let a wave of his own power return into her, a healing Diarahan that drained him a bit more of his magic but not his spirit. It was just like her to pour magic into him while she was bleeding herself...ever the medic.
"Mai-chan, Xian-san, Jin-chan, you are far too kind to worry about me. But you know, to make such a fuss over a silly coughing fit is a bit much, don't you think?" the Lord smiled bravely, brightly at the two of them, but by the shade of his skin and the blood still touching the corners of his lips it was plain that he needed to be taken home and brought back indoors for a while if he wanted to recover. Weak though he might have been, there was no need to stay here any longer with their mission complete. His red hand slid around to the cheek of the worried twin-tail and he patted it once, gently, in a warm, comforting fashion...and his red eye seemed to assure her that this wouldn't be the fit that killed him. Not just yet, anyway. And with that finished the Lord gathered all of his strength and pressed his frail body away from the stone walls of the building, settling upon noodly-weak legs (difficult, but a bold attempt to show his weakness would not eat him yet) at the center of his steadily-gathering team of allies. Victory, in great measure, had been theirs...now they were prepared to go home. To celebrate their success. "Let us hasten to the estate," the Lord smiled lightly, reaching into his sleeve to produce a pink cloth, dabbing at his lips again faintly as he muffled a light cough, "and I will treat the Lords of all the clans of the Taihaku to a celebration worthy of what you've accomplished today."
It was a promise he intended to follow through on, though making it home would be the first order of business...and not as simple a task as it should have been, were he less drained than he was now. Alas, they would have to make do, and he would have to get there eventually. His word was solid, after all, and he had promised them a celebration. And those who knew the young Lord of the Taihaku knew...if there was one thing he was particularly good at, it was throwing a party.

Nora Keruberosu-TaihakuDamn it! Right when Nora was going to burn that annoying man to ashes they got the sign to retreat.. He didn't know if it was because Seo won or lost.. Wait.. Of course they won! Lord Seo wouldn't lose so easily. So of course the hellhound fled the battle scene, as per orders. Though he would've liked to kill that idiot back there he didn't want to risk anything over a selfish whim.
Though it didn't help to come back seeing everyone all panicked around Lord Seo. By the time he got close enough to hear it looked like he was going to be alright.. Well as good as he was going to be but that was what counted! "Heh.. Sounds like it'll be one big party." Though he felt like he didn't really deserve a place in the celebration for he didn't kill the one he was sent after.. Oh well. Unless Seo said other wise he was going to enjoy it!

Quote: [6/25 - Afternoon] -> [6/25 - Evening]
[Time moves forward...] Shin Megami Tensei Persona 4: FES
Peace in the town of Inaba once again proves elusive; the Infamous Amago Haruhisa Incident comes to an end, but the students of Yasogami High School and the town itself have endured another trauma to add to a list that is far too extensive. Though no one was hurt, many lives were altered, perceptions about a national hero changed, and the lines between good and evil grow ever-blurrier. Who are the heroes? Who are the villains? And just what is the driving force behind the struggles that test them all?
...
Meanwhile, in Iwatodai, a mysterious end has come to the confrontation between the Taihaku Clan and the Orochi, but despite not knowing what happened when the Lord Demon and the Orochi's Head came together, the Taihaku have claimed their efforts as a victory. What really took place inside the walls of that building when the doors slammed closed behind these two titans? Is there unfinished business yet to be done? Or is there something more sinister in the works within the shadows?
Whatever the case, the Taihaku proceed home in hesitant jubilation. Their Lord, ill though he may be, has declared a celebration to honor their victory. And so on the outskirts of Inaba, within the grounds of their estate, the heads of many clans come together to join in...and take stock of what they have accomplished!
Time moves on... Monday Evening... June 25, 2012. It is once again, Evening.
Evening comes...will the residents of Inaba finally know peace? Or...
