I was wondering how to make the animated banners?
What programs do you need? How do you use it?
I know how to make regular banners but the moving ones have been a mystery. Can someone help?

Oh geesh eek
I havent made a moving banner before. Well, I did once. I did it using photoshop. But it was like almost 4 years ago and I was in a computer course, but the skill has long been forgotten. And I had an instructor teaching me step by step how to do it.

But it was like almost 4 years ago and I was in a computer course, but the skill has long been forgotten. And I had an instructor teaching me step by step how to do it. Yeah I can't quite afford photoshop.... it's like ...200 dollars. stare Oh well.... do you know how to make words glitter and stuff? I know photobuckets lets you add sparkly words but they it didn't seem to work for me.

I know photobuckets lets you add sparkly words but they it didn't seem to work for me. I can remember exactly how to , but yes, you can do it in photobucket. You can , I think its decorate, and do the add titles thing. Then there is a little box you can check to make something glittery.

Obviously, looking at my signature... those are all mine. razz The bird one I put together myself.

You might not care, seeing as so much time has passed, but I thought to pass on the link I recently found myself. Animated banners can be made at the link. I haven't explored it too much.
