You should change up the main page a bit, everything kind of seems to blend together, and you only have 8 members after over two years. You subfourms I cant look at since you have the guild set to zero. I would suggest setting the guild to private, instead of hidden, and doing some recruitment. You dont tell much about what you actually do in the guild.

I'm not saying what your saying isn't right, I'm just saying. Also how does it not appeal? I'm asking this since it probably just doesn't appeal to you and not others in general? And you could have asked for a guild join request it would have been accepted within minutes. Ill ask you for a re-rate in three weeks or so.

First of all, appeal is the combined scores of everything else. And you need to explain that it is a military guild, it was not quite clear to me. Maybe its just me, but it wouldnt hurt to make it a little more clear, but its possible that I got mixed up looking over the main page since my eyes sometimes skip over lines when Im reading things on the computer. Also, a person should not have to join the guild to know what the guild is about. A lot of people just look at the main page, or send a pm to the captain. Your main page is your best tool.

Im not going to rate this guild I'd rather wait until you get some more members and finish constructing it because unlike Rose, I wont be so generous with the rating.
Tip1: Find good crew and vice captains. you can also go into gaia's forum and post that you are looking for crew members for a gaia military guild. If you have a good management team everything falls in place. That leads me up to your main page.
Tip 2: People are drawn by what they see and what they read. your main page is broken and scattered. I could see that its a military guild..only when you mentioned that it was my mind clicked to see a connection. Pictures might even help it draws attention. Its like picturing a Mc. donalds...they wont have any customers if the outside of the store did not look clean or appealing. They are wondering how bad the inside looks. Just keep that in mind.
Tip3: Unlock your forums so that people can view what they are missing. If they can see what they are missing and want to be apart of that you would have more requests. And if people do like you said and just joined because they couldn't see what they were getting into, you just would have a lot of inactive members hence your hundreds of members that are now reduced to 8.
That is all. I'm dying to see the amount of progress you make within the next 2 weeks...thats when i will be rating your guild. Good luck.
