Physical Description: Rizer is skinny, but he is muscular, consisting of very little fat, due to the swordsmanship training and practice he endures every day. He is always smiling.
Personality: Rizer is always smiling, and is a very happy person, however, he is also very aware of his priorities, and keeps his goals in mind, as well as those of others. He loves swordsmanship, and trains constantly. He is incredibly friendly towards everybody, and always assumes the best of everybody, so usually if he can avoid a fight that he sees pointless, he will. However, if the need to fight arises, he will not hesitate to give it 110%, and will fight to win, even if it means killing his opponent.
Behavior: When alone, he is very quiet, often having training sessions, or practicing for hours on end, without a single word, and hardly any sound at all aside from grunting or breathing from exhaustion. With others, he is incredibly friendly, and enjoys others' company as much as they enjoy his. In groups, he focuses on the priorities, and will keep the main goal in mind. His attitude is always positive, even when the situation(s) look grim.

Unlike most others, ninjas of the Ninjutsu class can learn a third element, as well as an increased number of jutsu. In addition to the increased number of jutsu, the potency of the jutsu increases as well, being able to use higher level jutsu, at lower levels.

Rizer takes immense pride in his ability to use chakra, considering himself incredibly lucky to be able to control it the way he is able to. He is more capable of a ninjutsu user than he is a swordsman, but enjoys using a sword more. However, he often incorporates both to achieve results that would otherwise be impossible to achieve by using simply kenjutsu, or simply ninjutsu.

Combat Ability: Combat Ability - Once per combat, even if the user has been completely drained of their chakra, the user can still complete one final jutsu which they already know by utilizing their "Overdraft" ability. [This jutsu costs no Stamina to use]
Secondary Attribute: Speed
Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.
Tertiary Attribute: Strength
→ In addition to his speed, he is rather strong, capable of swinging with more power than most shinobi. In combination with his speed, his strength enables him to be more of a threat in close quarters than most other ninja of his level/rank. He doesn't appear to be strong, but his years of training and practicing his swordsmanship have given him the physical power that most people of his level don't achieve. Because of this, he tends to be very relaxed during combat, as he is confident in his abilities.
Specialties: Tactical Support, Combo
Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.
Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.

The style focuses on using pure offense to keep your opponents on their toes. The style focuses on continuously fluid yet direct attacks and quick reflexes to force the opponent on the defensive. However, this style technically lacks any specific defensive techniques due to the ferocity of the style.

Uchiha App. for the future character, Haruka Itatsu. RPC Name: Haruka Itatsu Bloodline/Clan Requested: Sharingan (Uchiha)Why do you want this Bloodline/Clan: This bloodline suits my character quite well. It suits her personality, as she is very self sufficient, and likes to be in control of situations, which the sharingan helps with. It also helps, because she has learned to rely on herself, which the sharingan makes less difficult. What do you know about the Bloodline/Clan: This bloodline has the ability to use advanced Genjutsu, as well as the ability to use the sharingan at multiple levels, each stronger than the last. The final levels result in high level jutsu's becoming available to learn and use. However, use of these jutsus without the final level of the mangekyou sharingan, results in damage to the eyes. Use of the sharingan and its abilities has large drains to ones chakra, as well as some of its abilities causing the eyes to bleed. Please supply a Brief RP Sample: She was alone, in an enemy base. She had been training and preparing for moments just like this for her entire life. However, the one element of the situation she hadn't prepared for, was the fact that she was tied to a chair. She groaned, displeased with the situation. She was used to being in control of the situation. So, being tied to a chair caused a great sense of emotional discomfort. He almost wanted to cry, out of anger, sadness, and frustration. She struggled against the ropes, but it was no use, she couldn't break free. If there was ever a time for her sharingan to finally activate, it was now. The guard by the door was eying her, making sure she didn't do anything out of the ordinary. She took out a kunai and got her hands free. The sharingan appeared in her left eye, with a single tomoe, around the central pupil. She began to untie her feet, in plain sight. The guard rushed for her, but she saw it. She knew where he was going before even he did, seemingly, and she fell backwards, sweeping the leg of the guard with her leg that was now free. However, her chakra was running low, as she had already used much of it while fighting off the guards before. She had about half of it left, and it was slowly running out. She quickly cut the rope on her other leg, and lept out of the chair. The guard was fast. Really fast. She barely had time to react as the guard swung at her. He missed, but a swift knee to her stomach had completely snuffed out any thoughts of victory. She feel to the ground, clutching her stomach, as the guard swung his blade downwards to his neck, and she could do nothing but watch helplessly, in too much pain to move. Then, when the blade was abut a foot from her head, everything seemed to slow down a bit. She simply moved to the side, easily able to dodge it. Her left eye was that of a sharingan. She jumped to her feet and ran towards the door. She turned to face the guard. The guard began to use a Hyouton technique, the ice prison jutsu. Her hands moved as quickly as his, but she finished just an instant before him, and had time to leap backwards before the pillar of ice exploded from the ground. The guard however, didn't. She exited the room, the guard trapped in a pillar of ice. There were 3 more. She looked at them, both her eyes reading the movements. She could see it, she could see everything. She dodged all the attacks aimed at her, quickly dispatching of each guard, one by one, leaving all three of them unconscious. She had never used it, but realized now that she was indeed in possession of the sharingan. It was as if she was reading the movements, and seeing the attacks clearly, before they were performed, almost as if the enemy was moving slower than normal, and just moving at her normal speed, was more than enough to counter the attacks. She winced, her chakra running low, and her stamina low. She was exhausted, but she couldn't stop now, she was so close. The single guard at the ground floor, began to use a shadow clone jutsu. She wanted a fair fight. Her sharingan mimicked the movements once more, every handseal, every movement of the fingers, every channeling of chakra, was copied. She released the exact same jutsu as he did, and in the confusion, he hadn't noticed she was gone. Her clones were defeated quickly, but she was nowhere in sight. She left the enemy base, heading back to the village, running through the forest, the recently developed blood red sharingan showing in her eyes.

"Kage." Nero began, slightly out of breath from the walk. He was tired from the recent fight, so the usually average walk, was rather exhausting. He took in a deep breath. "Me and Mileena are here to turn in the two missions. Oh yea, by the way, we got attacked by some uhh..graverobbers. It wasn't anything major, but...yea. I got a little cut up, I think Mileena's okay. You might want to send some ANBU down there to check it out...the graverobbers are knocked out in the graveyard. Also...here's the box of explosives we found at the graveyard. One of the graverobbers was keeping it there. We decided we might as well just bring it, for evidence if nothing else, so...here you go." He said, handing Deil the box of explosives. He grinned. It had been a long day, but the two missions were finally over, and they were going to get two D ranked credits apiece, which wasn't bad for a days worth of busywork. He looked around, the familiar dojo being just the same as he remembered leaving it a short while back. "If he gives us another mission, I'm not doing it. I need to rest...or at least stop working for a bit. I'm exhausted." He told Mileena, sighing at the thought of having to possibly do yet another mission.

Jutsu Name:Fuuton dageki mera (literally, Wind strike enhance)
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
Jutsu Rank: C
Description of technique: A simple yet efficient technique, used to enhance the power of physically delivered attacks, hand to hand, or with a weapon. Once the jutsu wind chakra will surge through ones body, directed by the motion of the body. (ex. a punch will cause the wind to surge to the fist, a thrust will cause it to go to the fingers, etc etc.) This jutsu propels the movement of the user by using wind, so the attack will be delivered more quickly, and will be more difficult to dodge. In addition to this, the wind will surge forward, enhancing the power of the attack and causing the target's stomach to feel a dropping sensation (the feeling you get when a roller coaster goes down a large drop), decreasing their agility by half a rank for 1 post, as the dropping sensation causes a sense of discomfort that makes the target less comfortable while moving around.

 Name of Weapon:Yukai Kamereon Yaiba (Phantom Chameleon blade) Who Owns the Weapon: Nero Hyouton Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? It was found by Nero, on a rainy day, in an almost crystal clear pond, running off of a larger body of water in kirigakure. Range: 3 feet (39 inches) Weakness: The hilt is able to store chakra based on the user's abilities. Each element has a weakness, and therefore the blade itself shares that same weakness. Any Katon technique capable of dehydrating anything, upon making contact with the blade, will disable the blades use of any chakra, if the Kamereon is weilded by a Suiton user. In addition to this, if the opponent isn't under a genjutsu, or a vision impairing technique, they will recognize the style of the user, and will not be easily fooled, making the ability to use chakra from the blade, almost worthless, as they will not be able to deceive the opponent to the level that is ideal, if at all. Weapon Description: It's color varies, and the blade is simply a metallic color. With the exception of the blade, it looks like every other regular Katana, such as one able to be bought at a weapon shop. However, the hilt, which is made up of fibers able to store the users chakra, changes color with the chakra the user is infusing with the blade. (Blue for suiton jutsu, yellow for Raiton, white for Fuuton, red for Katon). Special Properties/Abilites: Being able to put chakra into the blade, allows the blade to be a conductor of certain jutsu (which must be below the rank of A, no exceptions.), which in turn allows the user to project lower level jutsu through the blade. After making the necessary hand seals, the user can put the chakra required into the blade, therefore allowing the user to cast the jutsu without handseals, instantly channeling the required chakra through the blade, where the jutsu would be performed normally, except without the use of hands or limbs needed. This does not apply to jutsu used from the mouth. Any jutsu where one spits or projects anything from the mouth cannot be performed through the blade. The user can also put a certain amount of chakra into the blade, being able to freely use jutsu, until that chakra has been used up. Chakra can be taken back from the blade, by the user. The blade can be used to make clones of the user, however the clones will not have any chakra, and cannot perform any jutsu. Any clones with chakra, must be created by the user themselves, without use of the weapon. (The created clones, however, may use any chakra they have to create other clones through the blade.) In addition to all of this, the blade itself will become attached to the users chakra. Rp Sample: Nero grinned. The genjutsu was complete, and the enemy had no idea what had happened. Drawing his blade, he made the handsigns for his puddle creation jutsu, running at his enemy. He swung at the man, creating the puddle behind him, and the man had no idea at all. He then made the handsigns for his water clone, which was capable of using chakra. He charged at the man. He created a water clone, while almost simultaneously transporting himself to the puddle behind the man, swinging at him. He sliced him in the back, causing him to fall forward. The clone then struck the man, creating another clone. The water clone disappeared shortly after, the regular clone taking its place. The regular clone then struck the man, and Nero attacked again. Due to the mist genjutsu, the man was not able to react to the movements of the clones or Nero as fast as he would usually be able to, and Nero took the opportunity to push the man forward, creating another puddle in front of him. He teleported to that puddle, striking the man from the front. And creating another clone, repeated the same technique. And the man, finally realizing the genjutsu, had released it, but by that time, he was too wounded to even put up much of a fight.

 Yukai StyleThere was once a clan of ninjas, who were great swordsmen. They weren't extraordinarily fast, or extraordinarily powerful, but they were smart, and figured out that if they could confuse an opponent, then their intellect would be the most powerful attribute on the field. They figured out that if one could combine certain ninjutsu and genjutsu techniques, with certain movements and attacks with a sword, their style could be the ultimate weapon. The clan only ever consisted of 50 members. 20 men, 20 women, and 10 children. Only selected families were permitted to have children. These men and women were the smartest and best with the style of all of the members, and their offspring would likely inherit their traits and skills. Since then, all of these ninja have died out, the clan existing only in the records and in history. The style however, has been passed on, and still lives to this day, being used by only those smart enough to know how to wield its power properly. Requirements: -Intellect must be primary or secondary attribute. -The user must be of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Samurai, or Assassin class. -The user must have Chakra Control as one of their specialties. Combat Style: The Yukai fighting style revolves using clones and illusions, as well as ninjutsu and genjutsu to enhance the attacks of the user. The style revolves minimally around sheer strength and speed, having no abilities that will cause direct harm to the enemy. All of the abilities are used to gain the advantage in a fight or battle. Because of this, a large amount of chakra is also used in this style, so the user must beware, and be attentive to the amount of chakra he or she has left, as if they run out, the style is almost unable to be used at all. Training: For each rank/stage of the yukai style, intensive training must be done to become comfortable using jutsu in conjunction with using a sword simultaneously, which does not come naturally to most. Each level becomes increasingly intense, as the level of aptitude increases. (Certain jutsu must also be learned, if one wishes to use them in conjunction with the Yukai. If one wishes to learn a technique, they must follow the guild posting requirement to learn the jutsu.) Rank one (academy student) mastery: 7 posts of training, no fight required. E Ranked Techniques:Bunshin Strike:The user creates an illusionary clone of him/herself, and attacks the opponent, the clone mirroring his movements, performing them more or less backwards. (ie. If the user attacks the right, the clone will circle around and attack the left at the same time.) Illusionary Advantage:If the user has a sight-affecting genjutsu active on the target, the user and his clones have an increased chance to hit. Doppelgangbang:The user creates one or more clones, and uses the Fukushi no Jutsu, causing the opponent to see what appears to be a large number of ninja attacking him. They will not know which is real until the jutsu ends or is released. The opponent is unable to dodge, they will panic slightly, at the fear of being impaled or sliced by 4 or more ninjas. D Ranked Techniques:Explosive Strike:The user casts Bauretsu Kunai on the opponent, and then, creates a clone. When the clone and user attack, if they successfully hit, the target will feel as though both the swords have exploded on touch with them, as well as their own weapon exploding in their hands. Clone Mastery:The user can now create clones with one hand, and while simultaneously striking a target. Clone Confusion:Instead of the user's clones appearing in clouds of dust, and making a poofing sound, the user will seem to vibrate back and forth at high speeds, creating the clone in the process. The target of the user will have no idea which is real, and which is the clone. C Ranked Techniques:(Note, if you are only allowed a certain amount of higher ranked techniques, then you may or may not be able to perform all of the techniques from this section down, depending on the jutsu you have selected for your RPC.) Multi Segundi:The user, and any of his clones, will appear to vanish, and reappear in front of the target, who will feel an intense pain, as he feels as though he is being stabbed by 1 or more people, 1 or more times. This technique will paralyze any target lower than the user's own rank. Mirror Image:The user can now include C-ranked clones into his jutsu. Note, C-ranked clones can do damage to the target, even if the target is bound by genjutsu. These images can also attack the target while the target is under effect of a genjutsu that involves loss of control of their body. (ie. chained mind) Stage Two (Genin level)(At this rank, and all further ranks, the jutsu stop having rankings, such as E/D/C, and they start scaling in power with the jutsu a character is capable of performing.) Mirage StrikeThe user will vanish in a sudden burst of their primary element, being shrouded from view. From this, the user summons two clones, all three attacking at once, the victim being unable to distinguish the real user. Pentagon Strike:The user channels chakra to their feet, to increase their speed (it's the one of the few speed based technique this style has, the speed increase was necessary for this technique to work properly =/) and charges the target. Upon reaching the target, the user creates 4 clones of him/herself. They form a pentagon around the target, who is unable to decide who the real one is. They attack at once. This technique is meant to be a blind spot destroyer. Illusionary Efficiency:The user is now able to create clones without exhausting their post action, allowing them to create clones, and be able to use jutsu in the same post. Stage 3 (Chuunin+ Level)Clone Jump:The user is able to instantly switch places with a clone, in a quick flash. This technique is used to enable the user, who is more powerful then the clone, to attack a target, or to escape by switching places with a clone nearby in a safer location. Phantom:The user creates a clone of the enemy, with the properties, attributes, and appearance of the enemy (or target, they can create clones of anyone). This can be used to create a clone from the enemy, appearing next to them, or by the user's side. This clone has chakra. It has enough chakra to reproduce a technique up to B rank. However, it is a clone of the opponent, so it can only reproduce their jutsu. Clone ReturnThe user can dispell his own clones, re-absorbing the chakra required to cost them, gaining 1/3 of the chakra back. Cannot be used to absorb clones that would otherwise be destroyed, it is mainly for use on clones after a battle, or after training. Unearthly SeparationThe first of the two ultimate abilities of the Yukai style kenjutsu. The user splits into 3-5 images, based on the user's attributes, states of mind, and how the user is feeling. The amount of clones created, as well as the strength of each clone, and the amount of control the user has over each, vary with the rank of the user. Each clone will take damage from attacks the same way the user would, but at an increased level. The clones will not poof when "killed". Rather, the clones will simply fall over and die, as the user would if he or she sustained that same damage, and they will become engulfed in their elements. Once all clones are killed, they will return to a single body, and recreate the user, in a severely weakened state. The user can end this move at any time, and it costs 1 chakra per clone per turn to sustain this technique. When the user runs out of chakra, the clones will combine to recreate the user, who will be out of chakra. Clone strength/Numbers are as follows: Chuunin - The user will create 3 clones, and each of them will be 2/10 as strong as the user. This technique will be unpredictable and difficult for the user to control effectively. Special Jounin - The user will create 4 clones, and each of them will be 3/10 the strength of the user. This technique will be more controllable by the user, who will be able to control each of them a bit less effectively than he could control a regular clone. Jounin - The user will create 5 clones, and each of them will be 4/10 the strength of the user. This technique is very controllable, and the user can control each clone a bit better than he could control a regular clone. Sannin/Kage - The user will create 5 clones, and each of them will be 5/10 the strength of the user. This technique is incredibly effective, the user having complete control of the technique overall, and the user can control each clone as well as they can control their own bodies. Each clone, in comparison to other clones, is incredibly powerful, and capable of much much more than even shadow clones or clones with chakra. The possible clones are as follows: Happiness - A fiery clone, that is constantly giggling and laughing, and always has a smile on it's face. It holds the users weapon, and is incredibly fast, and quite powerful as well. It cannot make use of chakra, other than having the flash step ability, which, when used by this clone, costs no chakra to use. This clone is a light red color. If the user is in a good mood while this clone is activated, this clone becomes more powerful. Sadness - An icy clone, it represents the pain a user has felt in his or her life, and has tears streaming down its face at all times. It never laughs, and is never smiling. This clone is a dark blue color. This clone has no weapon, but is capable of using any ninjutsu the user is capable of using, below A rank, capable of using up to 4 jutsu. (A/B ranked techniques count as three jutsu, C rank count as two, D/E jutsu count as one.) Should the user have recently experienced loss, or should the user be unusually sad for any reason while this clone is activated, this clone will become more powerful. Anger - An earthly clone, it represents the user's anger. It is constantly scowling, and the only time it laughs, is when it is inflicting pain upon others, and it's laughter is maniacal. It is a dark color, with eyes that look like coals. This clone is slow, but is physically more powerful than any of the other clones. Should the user be angry for any reason, this clone will be frenzied upon activation, and will become more powerful. Love - A wispy clone, which represents the loves that the user shares with things or people in his or her life. It is always blushing, and is a pink color. This clone is capable of taijutsu, but contains enough chakra to reproduce 2 of the user's jutsu (following the chart listed for the sadness clone). Should a user be feeling in love, or should the user be fighting alongside somebody or something in which he or she is in love with, this clone will become lustful, and in turn, more powerful. Mischief - A liquid clone, representing the mischief a user commits in his or her life. This clone is clear in color, making it harder to see than the other clones. This clone fights dirty, hitting below the belt, feigning injury, attacking from behind, and using other techniques commonly frowned upon in honorable combat. This clone is always laughing to his or herself, and should the user be feeling particularly mischievous, this clones arsenal of attacks will increase (including blinding enemies with pepper bombs/sand, as well as making the clone harder for the enemy to see, by making the clone more transparent.) and therefore will make the clone stronger when summoned. Dancing Mirage FinaleThe second ultimate technique of the style, requiring a large amount of chakra, and being incredibly powerful. The user absorbs back the chakra of all clones currently active, removing them from the battle. He then surrounded with his own chakra, which is in a highly unstable form. He channels it to his weapon, increasing the damage he deals with his weapon, in addition to spawning a basic clone every time he successfully lands a hit. He then spawns a clone of the enemy next to them, and uses clone jump to appear behind the enemy, then strikes the enemy three times quickly, spawning three clones: One in the front, and one to each side of the opponent, with the user behind them. The user and the clones attack the enemy at the same time, the user able to quickly switch spots with any of the clones, leaving the enemy almost completely unable to decipher which clone is real. The user is also attacking so frequently, that every time a clone is destroyed in an attempt to find the real user, a new one is spawned instantly. The only way to stop this technique, is to destroy every clone of the user at once. This technique can be used in conjunction with a genjutsu, but it must already be active on the target, because this technique is the only action the user can perform for that post. The user will often knock an opponent back and forth, leaving the enemy unable to move much for 1 post. This effect only occurs at the final rank.The entire technique can last up to 3 posts, and the clones scale in strength depending on the user, as following: Chuunin: 1/10 strength of the user (10% as strong), 2 posts in length. Jounin: 2/10 strength of the user (20% as strong), 2 posts in length. Jounin (After training this technique/using it 5 times or more): 4.5/10 (45% as strong), 3 posts in length.

Blessing of Algalon ==>SS -Requires 40 gravity points
This technique is one of the 4 jutsu that Seto himself deemed forbidden for the clan to use. This technique fluctuates the gravity of every part of the users body, as well as causing the users skin to become infused with gravity and chakra, causing it to become partially transparent, and littered with stars. It turns a dark blue color, which, in conjunction with the stars, causes the users body to resemble a clear night sky. The pressure is so great, the users bones are immediately broken, usually in multiple places each. However, the gravitational pull inside the skin, holds the bones together. Because of this, the bones are constantly breaking, and the user undergoes incredible amounts of pain. The gravitational pull of the user causes anything within a short radius to be pulled to them. However, the users body has a gravitational push. Both of these gravitational fluxes are incredibly powerful. This technique causes the users attacks, which have the pressure of tons and tons (weight wise) of gravity, to have the power to shatter buildings and bones on touch. The user is free from the limitations of gravity in this state, and he will be as light as a feather, pressurized to a ridiculous level, and his speed will rival that of a flash step every time he moves. This incredible speed at the pressure the user is at however, will cause skin to be removed from the body with every step, causing more intense pain. This technique lasts for 3 posts. This is literally an all or nothing move, as it reduces the users gravity points, stamina, and chakra, to 1, and once the move is over, every once of the users bones will be broken, his muscles will be stretched and sore beyond the point of moving, and he will be unconscious and in a comatose state. However, during the duration of this ability, he has the ability to destroy entire armies, and moves so quickly, the Mayu cannot detect his mental presence at all, the Sharingan and Byakugan cannot read his movements at all, and no sensory level ninja will even know he is there. To his opponents, teammates, and any observers, he is not even able to be seen. While in this state, the user is able to use 2 additional forbidden jutsu, not able to be used by the user unless under the effects of the Blessing of Algalon:
-Alpha ==>SS This technique converts all of the gravitational fluxes into pure gravity energy, then to chakra, then releases a wave of chakra energy 500 yards in all directions, healing all plant, animal, and human life, healing all wounds, and releasing the state change of the user. The price of this jutsu, is the life of the user themselves. This is used to fix any damage done to life, should the user feel pity for the targets, or decide the targets deserve a second chance.
-Omega ==>SS This technique is one of the most powerful techniques in the entire shinobi world. This technique does the same as Alpha, by converting the gravity to chakra, however, rather than heal, it absorbs all the gravity from the surrounding area, 1 mile in all directions, and releases it in the form of a gravity blast, mixed with chakra. This gravity blast resembles a nuclear explosion, and will destroy the entire nearby area, causing it to be completely devoid of life. Any surrounding areas (one subforum above and below the area this is used) will feel the force of this shockwave in the form of a small earthquake, causing them to fall to the ground, and pushing them back a couple feet from the sheer force of the wind. This technique kills the user, and everybody else. This is the second most forbidden technique of the clan, and one of the most forbidden techniques in the shinobi universe.
