Squad and Character change

Now the title may seem like this shouldn't be placed here but this is something I would like all in the council to view, discuss and give me your opinions on.

For a while now I have been at conflict with whether or not I should keep my Masahiro twins within the guild or remove one of them to bring in another character in hopes of keeping my interest. Recently I have put more thought into bringing Kisara back into the guild. Of course I would like others opinions on this matter but please continue reading to know my full idea should I bring her back into the guild.

I would be giving up squad 11 and switching to squad 13 instead. I know this may cause some members to go without a squad but seeing as how those claiming to be in my squad are not ever active I doubt it will have a big effect upon them. Kisara was a Vizard before I removed her from the guild, I would be making a formal request to the vizards to keep this the same. Meaning she would be staying a vizard when she returns.

I would like opinions on all of this since I am still a bit torn on whether or not I wish to do this. I most likely will and have Kiyouko simply vanish while her sister remains in the world of the living to tend to the cafe. Please note this is not necessarily a voting thing. I simply wish to hear others opinions on this so that I might better be able to finalize any decisions I have towards making this change.
