Helen was scratching furiously on her parchment, trying to grab every last detail. "So you left Ireland when you were young? You didn't miss much - it's not great at the moment. The reason I'm even here was due to cutbacks in education - my previous wizarding school had to be shut down." Helen felt gloomy when she realised again that she wasn't at home anymore. Helen also thought the idea of a house elf intriguing. Her family used to have one generations ago, but because they gave her great grandmother Gráinne the heeby-jeebies they released him. "It must be nice having so many owls - they're quite useful. I also wish we still had a house elf - I never got to meet our one, as he left before I was born."
"It's nice to use different mediums in art, but whenever I do it, which is seldom, I normally only use pencil - paint just never works right for me, and chalks and pastels go everywhere." Helen thought back to art classes in her 2old school, and remembered how much she hated having her pencils taken off her and a brush a cutting tool put into her hand instead. "My favourite animal has got to be the tiger - the Siberian tiger to be exact. I love the vibrant colours and intricate designs, and the Siberian is sooo big, I just love big kitties. I love most cats though."
Helen thought for a minute about the fact that food came up again, and decided to rustle a small Tartes au Citron from her bag and scoff it. "I apologise for that, but I was getting hungry when you were talking about tarts. I love these things - they taste just lemony enough without making your face fall inwards from the sourness - pure heaven! I also love tea, just regular non-herbally tea - I have at least 5 mugs a day. It's great for your complexion," Helen always felt good when she was talking about food, and she had probably ended up in Hufflepuff for no other reason than it being close to the kitchens. "I like the smell of pine, but I really do like the smell of a preened cat. I know it's odd, but if you rub your nose into the fur of a cat that keeps herself clean, it smells lovely and comforting."
"I also dislike small spaces, but that's because I'm asphyxophobix - which means I'm afraid of not being able to breath. It comes with all the fears that would mean me not breathing, like drowning, small spaces and suffocation. It's an odd fear, but it incapacitates me when it takes hold, and I normally have panic attacks if I feel crowded or like there's no air. Another one I've just realised is the fact that I don't like hot weather - the heat makes the air thin." Helen was startled by her new discovery - no wonder she loved the soft rains of Ireland.
"Hermione Granger? May I ask why? And I don't really have a role model as such - I just admire people in general when they deserve to be admired." Helen was very curious as to why Fionna would admire Hermione Granger above all others. "As for my favourite class, it would have to be potions - I love making new concoctions, whether they be culinary or more serious. I plan on opening a shop when I leave selling and making new and exciting foods using magic!"
