river rocker Ali showed no hessitaition or fear of the man infact she seemed to relax in his presents "actually Elgor, I am quite aloud in your village if you do not remember so well" she said in a silky smoak like voice. "I have come to speek with you about maters" she said "In Private" she said still calm. Coco looked at the two wide eyed. "Father, what is she talking about?" Rae asked angrily...her father had kept secrets from her...and she needed to find out what they were. "None of your concern, daughter. Hold your tongue." He turned back to the witch. "We shall talk in private as you request." They walked together in the snow as Coco and Rae looked on. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Rae asked Coco, hoping she would help her easdrop on the conversation.

"I thought you were dead...just knowing that you are alive..." Elgor had tears in his eyes. "I have missed you so, my dear." He suddenly grew serious. "Rae must never know....about her 'brother'...that he was our son...and not her mother's" He tensed his jaw. "It would destroy everything she believes in...who she is...she must not know...or else the entire Winterland may be in danger of destruction. That is why we agreed to bind her powers all of those years ago...I can see them getting stronger inside of her though...and this witch...she frightens me...if she brings out that power...We're doomed."

I have come to ask Coco to return with me to the refuge about 5 miles from here as well as the locaition of the spider witch in the summers territiory"

We must save him. There is still good in him...I just know it."

river rocker Ali looked at Elgor softly and moved back into the hut and moved the door so no one could see them and she kissed him pashionately moveing her arms around him and drawing him closer to deapen the kiss even if it was for less than a seconed and she then kissed him again in the same way, just like she use to kiss him but this time more loveingly then the last, she kissed him for about five minutes total and then wispered "I still love you Elgor, no mater how barbaric and cold you are to me" she said softly and sadly "i will not let your daughter die even if it costs me my own life" she said as she looked at him. her hands lingered for a momment and then she opened the door and started to leave. Coco ran after Rae "Rae wait" she said, tripping in the snow afew times before catching up with her Elgor kissed her back, and longed for her to stay, but the Fates did not shine favorably upon their love...it was the devil's love according to the prophecy and a baby girl and baby boy would both be born of different mothers...one would be a demon spawn and the other...would have the choice to either end the war between the Summer and Winterlands or pitt the two against each other in the bloodiest war the world had ever seen. Her fate was undecided, which is why Elgor feared to let her go. He sealed his heart up once more to the love he felt for Ali...and for Rae, his only daughter, so that he could protect her without emotions... "My brother. That's all he talks about. Finding him. Never about me. He doesn't say all of that, of course, but he is secretive...and he doesn't take the time to ...train me..." she kneeled down in the snow. "It just makes me so...angry!" Rae's eyes flared up and a small ball of fire appeared in her hand. Controlled. It was ironic that her emotions were chaotic but her powers were so tame...almost as if her life was dictated by opposites. Deep in a cavernous mountain, a young man with auburn hair and orange eyes sharpened a rock and sliced his hand open. A nearby bat called out in the cave, making loud echoing sounds, but the young man didn't notice. "Look how easily my mortality can fade. With enough time, I could be dead." He laughed hysterically at the idea. He let his blood drip upon a stalagmite, and he called upon the dark forces to give him the power for more destruction. Suddenly, he felt a pain in his chest, ripping throughout his entire body as if half of his heart was missing for a split second. And then it was gone. He became serious and his smug smirk faded as his eyes glowed with fury. "So she's been awakened..." He said aloud to himself. "Very well...let the chase begin." The bat dropped onto the cold stone with its wings burned off.
