You can create a new thread for every guild, but you must own the guild in order to post it. You can not rate your own guild, however. And ratings are from crew only, sorry. I just dont want thirty ratings, Id rather discuss it thoroughly with my a crew member, then decide.
You can , however, post a smile or sad , which will influence my opinion, and the crews, of the guilds overall rating.
