I informed my crew from two of my three guilds that they needed to join this guild in order to remain crew. I did this in hopes that they would learn a few skills from it, and since I dont know my crew, at least...not most of them, it was good for me. They can read up on what they can do to be a good crew, and how to resolve conflict or help the captain out.

You can do the same thing, but its only a suggestion. I will be creating more threads and adding more information, when I think of it. Or when someone reminds me. Gosh, I love having friends.
