I have not told many of you of this. Only three people knew, from the Captaincy, prior to this decision. I have spoken to Redd about my decision and he said that it was fine.

I'm not going to bring anything unnecessary about RL into this conversation as I am not trying to make anyone concerned about me or to try and gain sympathy votes by stating things here.

The thing that I had not mentioned to Redd or the others was that, instead of simply stepping down, I am quitting SROTS. I will be doing so after I post this message so as not to have people trying to reverse my decision. I shall not be rejoining the guild.

I've made good friends in this guild and I wish to keep up those relationships via Skype or other guilds that I'm in with you. I'm also doing this before my planned date which was originally going to be Sunday where I would just step down.
