Personality: Much like the sea creature he resembles Clade is a slow moving sort of guy. He enjoys stretching out in the sun or shade depending on his mood but he is never in a hurry to do anything. Past his seemingly lazy exterior is a Noodle whose mind is always at work. Sometimes he thinks of rather odd things and isn’t afraid to share. He is far from shy, in fact, if it doesn’t take too much effort he quite enjoys being social with others. He is very patient with others and doesn’t get angry too often for he believes that harboring negative feelings drains far too much valuable energy. One of his favorite things is water, the ocean mainly. He grew up near the ocean with his family but had to leave, it has always been his dream to return to the ocean someday. His energy level is usually very low, not out of boredom or sleepiness, but just out of who he is. This does not mean he isn’t excited to see you though it could be misconstrued in that way. One of the main things that frustrate Clade is his sexual confusion. He can’t decide whether he likes males or females more but often times forces himself to look more at females due to some familial issues. He attempts to avoid the subject all together for he is somewhat scared to find out the true answer.
Biography: Clade was born to a mother and father who were just as colorful as he is. They loved the ocean nearly as much as he did and often times spent the night watching the waves rise and fall with him as he grew. Both of them were very loving and taught him the importance of being patient but they were far from perfect. When Clade was a kit he became friends with one of the other males living in the area, they grew very close after spending years playing together. At one point his mother and father deemed them as ‘too’ close and separated them. Clade didn’t understand what had bothered them so but his aching heart made him wonder if perhaps he had gotten more attached then he had wanted to admit. When he was an adult that same male returned and they were reunited. After a few days of talking his parents found out they were seeing one another again and told Clade he needed to leave. Little did he know, but they would not tolerate their son being in love with another male. When he asked them why he must leave and why they treated his friend as they did they explained they did not like how close he was getting to the male and that it was just wrong. They told him he needed to become better acquainted with females and promised if he did so that he would not have to leave. He tried to force himself to do as they said but it eventually became too stifling and he left of his own accord. To this day he is still confused about whether he likes males or females but he tries to avoid thinking about it for it is far too painful, even though he has left home he still doesn’t want to disappoint his family.
. razz lots:. -->Patience is a Virtue: Clade comes across a fellow Noodle who has a very hard time being patient with others. This Noodle can either become irritated with him because he is so slow moving and calm or become very curious as to how he can take forever doing things. However the owner wishes to react is fine, I just think it would be a fun plot. Perhaps the other Noodle could learn about patience.
-->Best Friend: I would love for Clade to find a best friend, someone he could confide in and tell them all of his worries. Someone who would be more than happy to just lay in the sun/shade with him and enjoy the wonders of nature. This could be male or female and could even lead into a romance plot if it goes that way.
-->Can I Love You?: Clade comes across a male he begins feeling something for and it frightens him. He is still afraid that he will let his family down or that he is doing something truly wrong. I would like for this male to teach him that it is okay and that he isn't doing anything wrong. I would like for this to become a mate plot but if that is not how it goes I am sure I can work through it.
-->Breathe Easy: Clade begins to feel something for a female but still has doubts. Soon he grows very close to her and figures out he really does love females more than males but he still feels confused. It would be nice for the female to tell him that there was no right or wrong in what he chose but she is happy he chose her or something like that. Just to take the pressure off of his chest. (With these last two plots he could go either way, just wanted to leave it open to see what happens. Whether he is gay or not.)
