Intro:
Let me open by saying...I love being first xp

Now, onto the actual Forum topic. Should the 'F' in forum be capitulized?

I'm sorry. I'm digressing. My favorite movie of all time is 'V for Vendetta.' So I thought to myself, 'Y'know, V is a regular guy, but with ninja skills. He could totally be an RPC!' As I continued down that journey, it dawned on me that I have absolutely 0 skill for taijutsu/kenjutsu RPCs. I can't do it, I'm all ninjutsu here. But it was still a pretty fun profile to make. I decided to put it up publicly so anyone could use it if they thought it was cool and wanted a RPC.

Now, I realize many people (probably crew included) don't like the idea of copying superheroes from TV shows or movies and making them into BA ninjas. So this idea may never get off the ground. And I have no problem with that, I just had some fun and I made this to post my profile for anyone to use.

Character History: Due to a powerful, experimental drug V suffers complete memory loss of his time before he escaped the prison facility in which he was kept. He was the sole survivor of a drug that greatly enhanced his physical attributes and reflexes. Using this, and his great demolitions knowledge, he escaped by blowing up the facility in which he was imprisoned, at the great cost of his sense of touch, as well as all the skin on his body now pink and red and burned. Since escaping, his sole purpose is to avenge the wicked deeds that were wrought in that facility and bring the heinous acts, and their perpetrators, to light.

Members of the Assassin Ninja Class are also the ONLY ninja who can [CRAFT POISON]. These ninja have the ability to submit custom Poisons in the [Custom Technology] thread. These ninja are immune to the poisons they create.

- Assassins can create up to 3 'Public' Poisons, which any other assassin can obtain in some way or another, and which ordinary ninja can access the antidotes for within their villages.

- Additionally, an Assassin can create 1 'Private' Poison, which only they have access to, and which only they have the antidote for. (Only Medical Class ninja can develop antidotes for these poisons, and it takes 10 posts to create ONE vial of Antidote, which cannot be mass produced.)

While some of V’s most important plans, or it might be better to say the most important parts of his plans, involve making the public aware of his presence and his motives, he is wholly an artist of assassination. If there is any sort of entrance, he can get through it. He kills quickly, efficiently, and without a trace.

Benefit: All jutsu, for the purposes of learning, are considered one rank lower and can be learned at an accelerated rate, of 3 fewer posts required. (Example: If a Genin wishes to learn a Chuunin technique, it counts as a D-rank and has a -3 learning counter... meaning he can learn it in 2 posts, when others would require 8.)

Combat Ability: Additionally, a ninja with this attribute can spend a post to "Analyze" an opponent allowing them to learn something specific about them, or understand the secret behind a technique or style. This also allows them to more easily dodge whatever attack is coming next, or make their next attack more likely to hit.

Secondary Attribute: Strong Willed

Benefit: Ninja with this attribute treat themselves as if they were 1 ranks higher when resisting Genjutsu. Also, these ninja are capable of learning one ninjutsu which is 2 ranks higher then their current level, but it requires 1.5x the normal posts to learn. Additionally, certain bloodlines which are mentally taxing to the user, or jinchuuriki will find it easier to resist falling to their own weaknesses in times of stress. (The exact benefits will be determined when relevant and on a case by case basis)

No matter how fast or quiet an assassin is, intellect is the true key to success. V uses his intellect everyday most effectively divulge information from people without them even realizing it. It has been said that he knows more about his enemies then they know about themselves. V’s strong will also lends him the strength to carry on from day to day. The Shihoiun clan prized Taijutsu style. Utilizing and concentrating chakra into the feet, the user can move at fast and blinding speeds. This is known as “Flash Release”. The user is also able to control their raw chakra and elemental chakra into what is called “Shunko release” by the clan. This Shunko release is used as an armor to protect the user. As the user progresses with shunko release, he/she is able to launch that concentrated chakra. With both of these elements combined, this style has become one of the most lethal styles in the shinobi world

This is a ancient style, focusing on speed and accuracy. A good assassin kills in a single blow, and it forced into a confrontation, will seek to end it as quickly as possible. To this end certain weapons are cut out for assassins, but most are not. The most common weapons an assassin uses are short swords of various types, Kunai, shurikans, ect... Oddly enough, even larger swords, such as the Zambatou have found uses among the assassin ranks.
