Tolin

Tolin nodded to the team as they prepared to leave.
There were few words to be spoken; he had already paid his respects to the dead.
He looked over at the Poliwrath who had spoken and gave a brief nod.
Tolin recognized him as likely belonging to one of the other teams that had lost someone.
"Yes, we're planning to take the offen--"
The sudden crash and splintering of wood cut his sentence off midway as he turned to face the origin.
By the time he looked over, Solaris was already on the war path with only Tempest holding him back.
The Scyther let out a quiet sigh before walking a few steps over and muttering a quiet "Pardon me."
It didn't take very long for the situation to be rectified. Not long at all.
"Simmer down."
The massive form of the Lugia appeared out of nowhere and Desmond's hand-like wing quickly extended to envelope the Espeon.
"You'll get your revenge. But not today."
Desmond sent a quick burst of psychic energy through the Espeon's mind; not enough to hurt him, just enough to overload him for a bit.
That being done, the Lugia quietly scooped him up with one wing before grabbing the deceased Blaziken as well.
Tempest could come too if she felt like holding onto Solaris for some reason.
"Sorry about that folks. Shows over; party's done. Go about your business."
The massive form disappeared in an instant, taking both the Espeon and Blaziken with it.

Harumi - Victor

Taking a few steps back, Harumi cooed a little bit to herself. She was happy she got the chance to cheer her idol up. She'd definitely be trying to see him again soon! The little Eevee wanted to learn as much as she could from the guildmaster. The Eevee was daydreaming for a few moments before a sudden crash caused her to jump up in fright. Staring over to the body of a Blaziken guard, a shiver went up her spine. A mixed feeling of fear and anger welled over young Harumi, especially when she saw Solaris' initial reaction. "Yeah! Let's take them all out!" She cried out, getting ready to follow the Espeon.

Victor was about to reply to William when the crash occurred. His first reaction was to spin around and look at Harumi, making sure she was alright. After quickly acknowledging the real source, he went back to watching Harumi. "... I couldn't help but notice that earlier, you entered with whom I believe to be Mister Tolin... If you know him, please tell him to come to the room of Team Dropkick if he has the time... I'd like to talk to him..." Turning his head and giving William a sullen look, he gave a little nod. "Thank you for the conversation, Mister William. I hope we see each other again soon. Now, if you'll excuse me..."

Victor spun on his heel and gave his filmy wings a flap as he ran to where Harumi was. He slammed the tip of his scythe into the ground right in front of her, startling her to keep her from running off to follow Solaris into his wall of Lugia.

"Victor!" Harumi yelped, sinking both her paws into the ground. "What's the big idea?! We have to go and end this!" Victor sighed and shook his head.

"I can't allow you to be so reckless, Miss Eclipse. It's time we left, we have a few gifts waiting for us..." he Scyther replied. Without another word, he scooped Harumi up and held her tightly against his chest, careful not to let her touch his scythes. Holding the flailing and pouting Eevee, who had been saddened by the fact that the Lugia had taken off without her, he bowed to all the higher ranking members around him. "Thank you all for tolerating Miss Eclipse... We'll be leaving now..." He said quietly and respectfully. With that, the Scyther turned to leave.

.::Stark & Argonne::.

Stark sat in the graveyard, pondering Argonne's words. Argonne himself lounged on a headstone, playing his flute in a slow march. Stark spared him a glance before returning to his thoughts, somewhat troubled. Argonne glanced over, lowering his flute.

"It shouldn't be that hard to comprehend, Stark. Your teammates follow because they believe in you- would you betray that belief by moping?" He played a few more notes and, seeing Stark's lack of reaction, stepped from the headstone and kneeled by the Absol.

"Look," he said, his tone becoming almost fatherly, "I understand the feeling. I've lost people dear to me, as well... and almost lost my own life on several occasions. We both bear our scars," he said, almost unconsciously rubbing his wounded ear. "But the difference is, Stark... whether we will bear them proudly." Argonn smiled once more, then stood.

"Come. We must return you to your team. There are some things I would like to discuss with you, if I may."

.::Rem & Geisha & Drift & Will & Mako & Siegfried::.

Rem and Geisha floated solemnly for a moment more before a massive crash sounded behind them. They whirled, watching as the debacle unfolded. Rem looked at the dead Blaziken, sprawled grotesquely in the wreckage of a table. He gasped for air as he tried to process what he was seeing. Geisha whimpered next to him.

"Wh-what just...?"

Just then, Will, Mako, and Sieg arrived next to their teammates, their eyes trained in confusion and rage on the Fighting-type's corpse.

"What... the hell...?"

"Monsters...!"

"Th-this is..."

They all simply sat in bitter confusion, as the mourning swiftly drew to a close, the atmosphere slaughtered just as terribly as the Blaziken's corpse.

.::Luna::.

Luna smiled at Roxana's concern. It was nice that someone else had some consideration for the other people in the Guild. She smiled a little wider at the Vulpix.

"Aw, don't worry, Roxana," she said, still smiling. "Daddy is still training me, so he doesn't let me go on missions yet- so I stay out of trouble most of the time. Unless I take one of Daddy's cookies without asking. Then I get into trouble. But thank you for being so nice to m--"

Her monologue was cut short by a crash behind her. She whirled in curiosity- did someone fall or something- but had her curiosity quickly replaced by shock and revulsion. Her newfound maturity upon evolving dissolved instantly. She was once again a little girl- a scared little girl, at that- and there was only one option left to her.

She screamed her poor little lungs out.

( Red & Blue & Purple & The Raven & Jay & Vertigo )

He looked better now, not as defensive. That was good, right? Yeah, that had to be good.

Jay smirked as he looked down at Purple, "HA! Tell THAT to yer booksmarts old man!" he remarked, turning away with a triumphant look on his face. Whoever said he didn't know anything was WRONG! Purple rolled his eyes, he'd let the Zorua have this one.

"Its fine, I understand not wanting to evolve." he said. Ah, he rather enjoyed being able to walk on two legs, talk, and look pleasant. He had seen many a Rattata that stayed a Rattata because of those Arc-danged teeth. "Well anyways, I-" Purple stopped mid-sentence upon noticing a shocked look on Jays face. He turned around...and immediately regretted it.

"Oh Arceus, why here..."

His paw went up to cover his mouth. There were children here, dangit! Jay shook his head, even he knew when it had gone too far.

Its not like the rest of the team had let it go unnoticed. Back where Red and Blue were, the pair looked in horror, Blue shielding his friends eyes as he tried to look away. It was like a car accident - horrible, but you had to look, even if you didn't want to. Nearby, the Raven just sort of tried to ignore it, but he stole some glances at the scene before them.

Vertigo let go of Gypsy's tails, "Bye bye cuddles~" she chimed, turning around as she began to walk. "Alrighty then, time to find..." she trailed off, staring at the...thing one the table. She blinked once, her eyes widening in a mix of fear, horror, and confusion. Oh, thank goodness she skipped breakfast today, or else she would have...she grabbed onto her skin pants and pulled them up high to hide her face as she began to cry. "Mom! I want mom!" she shrieked, her voice either muffled by the pants or her sobs.

Blue's head snapped around, and he almost flew off of his chair as he made a mad dash for the hot-pink, quivering kid standing in the middle of the way. He gently picked her up, cradling her in his arms as he gently rocked her. "Calm down Tiggs, its okay..." He should have never brought her, what was he thinking! He pressed her closer against his chest, looking around frantically before stopping on one point.

The exit. He needed to get her out of here. Even now that...was that a Lugia? Well, even now that the corpse was gone, it was still pretty dangerous around here. He was not going to leave her here.

He quickly walked away and out, making sure Red noticed he was leaving. He'd be back in the team room later, he needed to go somewhere nice first.

Basilisk :: Ren :: Jonah

Well, looks like Jonah would go by unnoticed and unharmed as the Tepig left with the rest of his team. He stood there for a bit, now what was he supposed to do...

A loud sound of something snapping got his attention. He stopped, he looked, and OHGODWHATTHEHECK. He turned away, his eyes! HIS EYES!

Ren looked in awe, it was just as some other ghosts described their deaths, only less gruesome. Basilisk looked at the Blaziken with no different emotion than he had previously shown, after all it wasn't the worst he'd seen. Basilisk, you heartless b*****d.

ImitiqwertOliverqwertyChuck

"What the--" Chuck whirled around when the crash occurred. It wasn't really possible for him to do anything when that Lopunny showed up with a dead guard. So he watched, dumbfounded, as the body was dropped off and the Lopunny simply left. He continued to watch as a Lugia showed up, grabbed Solaris and the guard, and left as well.

Imiti also watched in silence as events unfolded. Unlike Chuck, however, he was considering these events as they happened. It occurred to him that there didn't seem to be a reason for this creature to simply kill a guard then leave. Turning to Tolin, the nearest figure of authority, he asked, "Should the guild be preparing for another attack? It doesn't seem very...reasonable for this creature to just drop a guard and disappear."

Epitaph -- Ver -- Freya -- Alice -- Saileithe -– Rufus -- Fang

Epitaph watched Harumi in silence as she sat there beside Solaris in an idle. It was quite a change of personality. Time ticked by, if only settle for a moment before the sudden smash behind her. Her reaction was delayed, compared to the Espeon’s, though only out of fear. As if something had already told her what’d happened.
What else could have, after all?
With that, she turned around and her attention derailed from the denatured body in favor of looking up at the crazed Lopunny. Epitaph looked pained, to say the most. She couldn’t respond in fear anymore, as if she’d grown out of it after all this time. Less than a moment before turning, and Solaris’ rage erupting, Epitaph was quick to jump up to her paws and step back toward the child. Until Victor came back to retrieve her and the large Flareon promptly stepped away. She merely nodded in reply to his apology and nothing more. Instead, her attention fell back on Solaris, or, where she expected to find Solaris had the large Legendary not been shielding him. Epitaph couldn’t help but give a sigh of relief. “Thank you.” was the only comment she gave the Lugia and Epitaph made her way over to her daughter and her team instead. All of which but Ver had been stuck staring in shock.
“Sai, please return to your room…” Her attention motioned to Ver as she spoke, leaving both Sai and Ver to give a nervous nod before urging the team out of the courtyard.
“Ver, have you seen Alice?” “No, she left already.”

Fang gave a nervous jump at the sudden crash and her attention reeled with Tempest’s. She was nothing short of angry, glaring at the source of laughter as she instinctively stood before Era when Tempest took off after Solaris. The advisor’s tail lashed off to the side, her focus never leaving the Lopunny until she herself took her leave. That being done, Fang settled, if only a little, and stepped away from Era before turning to face the Chu. “Get your team and leave. Stay in your room.” An order, yes, but only out of fear. Without waiting for a response, Fang was quick to hop onto a table with a slight wince now that Ebony and the guard were gone. Her body couldn’t handle such leaps anymore and for the sake of balance, the Raichu remained on her four paws, staring off into the courtyard. Some left, most of the others remained panic-stricken it seemed.
“Everybody settle down!” And thus, the Raichu paused to take a sigh. “Please return to your rooms as quickly as possible. We’ll take care of your rewards as soon as we can.” Her voice faded out to an extent as she looked back at Era. She stared at the Pikachu, lost in one thought or another for a good few seconds before finally leaving the table she stood on and, in silence, the Raichu merely left the courtyard.

Era & Eon

Era's smile brightened at Tempest's smile, that was until she heard the sound of wood splintering and a thud that bespoke of something terrible that had just taken place. Era turned as quickly as her two companions, but she only managed to catch a glimpse of the scene before Fang stepped in front of her. Even a glimpse though was enough to cause the Pikachu's ears to flatten and a look of utmost horror to settle on her features. She followed Fang's gaze and spotted the black Lopunny standing atop the roof and her expression darkened. She remembered this Pokemon far too well, and her appearance here was a crushing reminder of the harshness of the reality that they were still facing, every second of every day. Arceus, when things like this happened it was enough to make even the gentlest of minds turn their thoughts to the side, enough to make Era's thoughts harsh and cause her to wonder darkly how long the rest of them had left. She heard Tempest and Solaris fighting although it was slightly muted by the surrealness of the entire thing. When Desmond appeared and grabbed up both Solaris and the sad, mutilated body, Era watched with a harrowing sadness that could not be given words that remained long after the Lugia had vanished.

As Fang turned back to face her and gave her blunt command Era nodded although she didn't have the heart to say anything. A stricken look was on her face that she didn't bother conceal. As Fang began to talk, Era numbly headed over to where Eon stood with a pair of Riolu and a Flareon, the former of the trio bringing a dim recollection to mind, dim because she didn't have the mental capacity to focus on much more currently. "Eon, we have to go now," she said, the Pikachu's voice sounding as hollow as she felt.

When the body was thrown down upon the table, Eon flinched, eyes closing as he suspected what it would be before even seeing it. Solaris' reaction and the scream that rung through the air confirmed his suspicions as he turned and looked at the Blaziken for the first time. His stomach turned over in disgust and he tried to recover but it was an impossible task. He deeply regretted that, once again, these two Riolu were witness to something they should never have to see. None of them should ever have to see this, child or adult. When Era came over and spoke to him, Eon nodded, wistfully blowing out his candles that had scarcely gotten the chance to burn. "You three should head back too," he said. It wasn't condescending it was merely concerned, he knew that it helped to hear a friend say something even after a stranger had said the same. "I'm sure will see each other again soon." Could he be sure? No, but he was trying to convince himself, just as much as them. With a silent nod to them, Eon followed Era and she lead the way back, placing his candles back on a table when he got the chance. There was a singular thought that the Pikachu shared, and it seemed to echo in their ears: Why?

Tris

Tris nodded rapidly in agreement with Purple's statement about not wanting to evolve. Ratatta had it bad with their evolution, it was true. In their situation, he thought it would be better to be like Purple and stay at the first evolution. At the sound of the wood splintering and the sickening thud, Tris literally jumped in shock and the fear of a Whismur. He turned to face what the other two were looking at and his face paled to the point that he looked almost white. "Dear Arceus..." the Ditto managed to squeak out in something that sounded like a moan. Perhaps this would be considered too much in character but Tris' felt his breaths begin to come out in gasps, hyperventillating as he stared, unable to look away from the scene. If it weren't for the fact that some of this had, before at least, been nothing but an act, it was quite likely that he would have fainted on the spot. As it was however, Tris managed to pull himself together...sort of. "Oh dear oh dear, wh-why do th-these things h-happen?" he muttered quietly, half to himself and half to Purple and Jay, "I-I sh-should go... I-I don't do we-well with..." As the Lugia appeared and took both Solaris and the body away Tris' eyes widened with even more shock and fear from both the Legendary's presence, and from being force to look at the body yet again. "...B-Blood..." he finished weakly. "I-I-I-It was g-good meeting y-you..." he said before all but running away. This was too much, far too much. He didn't stop running until he'd made it back to the Team Room, his Whismur form dissolving as he slumped down on the ground unconsious. A Whismur had been a bad idea. His stress levels were far too high already and finally he hadn't been able to take any more.

User Image~Aidan & NadiaUser Image~Kyle

"Nothing to apologize for..."
Nadia spoke softly as she picked up on the Pikachu's somber reminiscences. Little was she aware however, her empathic powers unable to bring her to that extent, that her and her brother's presence weren't helping the matter.
"We're a little caught up by all of this ourselves... Not exactly the best cocktail of emotions in the air right now for us Riolus."
She added, making a nod towards her brother who in this moment had a paw up to his head and was rubbing away at his temples with eyes closed in concentration. All tactics to stray his mind away from the plethora of wallowing in the immediate area. Of course things just had to get worse even from there on out. A sudden bolt of pain quickly waned out by hints of hysteria, fear, and the sorrow that still presided over all in this gathering washed over the twins just as a loud crash ushered in the fact that there was an attack made on the guild. Unfortunately in their young life, the two had already witnessed their share of death through the guild and its dealings so the Blaziken before them was nothing special, if anything a bit more disfigured than most but eh, stuff like that happens assuming the body feel from a dangerous height.
"Nadia, we're leaving."
Eon's suggestion wasn't all that necessary but nevertheless acted upon as Aidan seemed to be unable to take the generally malice aura of the air around them anymore. The male Riolu about facing from the small group and heading for the door with haste. Whether his sister was able to stand it any longer was not his problem. He needed to get out. Kyle followed close in tow, his duties having been completed.
"With any luck it won't be on a battlefield again..."
Nadia added with a sigh to Eon's last words before she too departed.

—¤÷(`Nadia & Luke & Roxana´)÷¤—

Roxana tilted her head in confusion and turned to the source of the sound of the sudden crash. She grimaced as if she was hit by an attack. Her rainbow colored eyes widened at the image. Her once bright colors turned a lot more dull then usual. She ignored the scream Luna was letting out. She was in total shock to care. The victim who was a guard looked horrific. All of his limbs, body, they were all twisted, twisted into a degree that wasn't even possible to reach. It simply made her stomach churned uncomfortably. "W-W-W-Who, who...?" She squeaked. It was no more than a small whisper that came from her mouth. She was too terrified. She shouldn't have said to be careful shouldn't her? After a moment to collect her bearings and turned away from the body, she looked at Luna with a concerned face. "I-I-I need to g-go, Luna. I-I--- Find your daddy now, quickly." She told the young Marshtomp before trotting off to find Nadia and Luke.

Nadia stood still in complete silence. She was too horrified to scream. "We have to leave," Luke said, barely could hide his uncomfortable expression. He led her out of the Garden, meeting Roxana on the way back too.
