Personality: Tweverel (called Ever) is quiet. He thinks deeply about nearly everything. This may cause him to be seen as detached and cold, but he has a very warm and big heart. He enjoys listening to people. He may not have a lot to say, but he likes just hearing what they want to say.
Biography: Ever was born into a large family. He was the quietest and most thoughtful. He was known as the kind of peacemaker. He'd always avoid arguments and fights with giving up something that he wanted. He loved the hustle and bustle of his home, which is why he so longs for activity in his life. When his family and house died in a fire, he stayed with his twin, Taela, to comfort her. He knew it would be hard for her, as well as him. He now aspires to join the Marines in the cause for peace.
Dream: To reunite the world under one ruler: peace.

Fighting style: Ever tends to fight long range and only fights close range when he has to. He uses a combination of his bow and his extensive knowledge of melee combat and hardly ever resorts to his study of the arcane arts.
Devil's Fruit Techniques: {optional}
* Grapple Hook - Ever can shoot a beam of light to grapple onto a surface to pull himself towards it or pull it towards him.
* Wall of Lances - Several light lances appear before a target. When fired at Ever's command, they have the same effect as normal lances but dissipate shortly after imbedding themselves in an object.
* Arrow of Truth - By far Ever's most powerful and destructive move, it starts with Ever clasping both hands on his bow, gathering all the energy he can, until the bow becomes enshrouded in an aura of golden light and a few inches taller than Ever himself. With a great strain, Ever pulls back the string and releases an arrow that can cleave an entire ship in half. Unfortunately, the effort is so great that often Ever is left without energy.

Harness is a fairly loose word to describe what he can do with it, but I think it covers the bases.

Then what was the point in putting "pull", it would tie in with harness, eh... I'm just being nit-picky I guess, approved.
