►Do you have previous shop experience? Tried to own my own shop once but I realized I like coloring more then owning.
►Where? I've worked for Ignis Spiritus, used to own Lyria: The New world, Guest colored for Nequus
►Are you currently working anywhere? Ignis Spiritus
►What do you think is your biggest challenge? Shading, I'm trying to learn how to do it better but I'm too much of a perfectionist to make it easy XD
►What do you think you're totally epic at doing? Learning. At least I'd like to think so.
►Time Required/How Fast/Slow do you work?: Honestly it depends on my work schedule and how complex the pets are. Non edited pets I can create pretty quickly so long as I have an idea of what I want to color.
►Do you foresee any problems in the future with producing the amount of pets required or getting things done in a timely fashion? Not really. I may possibly end up getting a full time Job but even then I should still be able to continue working.
►Why do you want to work here? I LOVE horses and the lines are really nice. I've been wanting to get back into really coloring for a shop and to be a part of it.
►Comments: I'm still new to editing and shading but I do hope that I can improve my skills <3

►How often are you on Gaia? 15-20 hours weekly. Basically, always when I'm home.
►Do you have previous shop experience? Yes ma'am.
►Where? Besides current employment, there was Isle Narmolanya and CentaurEarth.
►Are you currently working anywhere? Bunnyluv, Shakaiyo, Trash Bandits and Pearl Voice (RP Manager @ Pearl)

►What do you think you're totally epic at doing? Hair edits.
►Time Required/How Fast/Slow do you work?: I slow down on edits, because I'm a perfectionist. But it takes me about 20 minutes to do a non edited. Hour or 2 for an edited.
►Do you foresee any problems in the future with producing the amount of pets required or getting things done in a timely fashion? Nope. I'm amazing at time management.
►Why do you want to work here? I love horses (has his own) and because the lines we apply on are surprisingly fun, which means the real ones are even more fun smile

►Where? Angels Wistas, Dragon Boosters, umm... those two just coloring.
►Are you currently working anywhere? Dude, Where's my Wand! as an RP manager thingy... I like stories. =B
►What do you think is your biggest challenge? Stepping back and calling something finished. Oh and edits. I tend to overthink them and boom! Gigglefits for hours. ( In all seriousness, Wings and antlers. I'm working on them though. )
►What do you think you're totally epic at doing? Fluff, clothing, and jewelry. Anything shiny and detailed.
►Time Required/How Fast/Slow do you work?: Depends. If I'm working on something that say is an octopus monster thing ( ...see examples), it'll take me a couple of days of nonstop work to do. About 25 hours to line, ink, re line, re ink, color and match. Most everything is one to two days from start to finish. Simple, no edits...30 min to two hours tops depending on pattern complexity.
►Do you foresee any problems in the future with producing the amount of pets required or getting things done in a timely fashion? A few, but not for another couple of months. Moving, job, and what not. But I'll stock up before then. I'm good like that.
►Why do you want to work here? Because I enjoy the ZEN of coloring after a stressful and horrible day. I love seeing happy people. And I kinda enjoy that puff of ' I did that, and they love it. Yaaay! My degree is paying off!'.
►Comments: I like sea slugs, and snails, and spiders, and crabs, and cuttlefish, and kittens, and puppies, and echidna, and hedgehogs, and mythology. Mythology is fun.
Also, I tend to work towards themes. Themes tend to be easier to throw together for a Flat than random colored stuff.

?Time Required/How Fast/Slow do you work?: It just depends on the project -vs- RL. I have a 19 month old, and a husband, and a RL job. which is why ya'll usually see me in the evenings.
?Do you foresee any problems in the future with producing the amount of pets required or getting things done in a timely fashion? Forsee, no, but then RL does have a way of sneaking up on you.
?Why do you want to work here?I just REALLY want to color things again, and haven't found the insipiration to reopen Gloops (a pixels hop I had). And MR has changed hands yet again, and I don't like how it's being run now. I like horses, and ya'll don't have like 7 versions (trust me, it's a PAIN) to keep up with, not to mention cross-breeds.

►Time Required/How Fast/Slow do you work?: It depends what it is that I'm doing. My HoA samples took somewhere between one and two hours each where some of the other samples that I provided took me one to two days.
►Do you foresee any problems in the future with producing the amount of pets required or getting things done in a timely fashion? No
►Why do you want to work here? I've always enjoyed colouring- my sister told me about this and I think it would be fun to do. I also hope that by doing this I'll be able to improve on the way in which I colour and develop some new skills.
