Mortimer glared at taint. "Darkness has a whim of its own. It will always be and there is a time for it to take charge. I have seen many times when the worlds were swallowed in darkness. There is a time and place for it. We are a nuisance to the light as they are a nuisance to us. We shall always be in conflict with them. And the...." Mortimer's words cut off as he felt like something was torn from his chest. "Blast. One of my clones... has taken a mind of its own." Mortimer curled up as the pain began to get worse.

Suddenly Mortimer sat up straight. All the pain had faded and he felt his chest. Mortimer smiled. "It's time to have some fun." Mortimer's eyes began to glow red and he stood up. "That damn clone has been slowly corrupting me with his love for that girl."

Taint almost crushes the Minute Bomb. "Sneaky b*****d..." He is almost tempted to rip off his binding chain and summon all known unversed. "Where the hell is it?!"

"Mini B?" He looks at the heartless and it bounces happily on his hand. It jumps to his shoulder and cuddles into his neck. Taint feels himself smile for some reason. "Come on little buddy." He follows them through the portal.
