Personality: Luci is a straightforward, tactless girl that has always pointed out the obvious and does not pick up very well on sarcasm. She also has a lack of ability to think ahead, and is often caught in predicaments without a plan. She lacks the ability to keep a secret unless she has been specifically told to keep it a secret. She hates sadness and will often put on a smile in order to help keep spirits up. She loathes Marines, World Government agents and pirates.
Biography: Born in North Blue, Luci was apart of a middle class family with an undying loyalty to the World Government. However, when she was seven years old, an infamous pirate crew came to stay in town. When the marines caught wind of this, they were ordered by the World Government to eliminate the pirates at all cost. The Marines launched a full scale attack, not worried about collateral damage. Luci's parents were killed in the attack after locking Luci into a cellar. The next morning, she was able to break out to find the town was decimated and the Marines were now searching for survivors, in order to silence them in case they were to spread the word that the World Government had ordered a mass slaughter of the town. Luci was able to escape without capture after witnessing a surviving neighbor shot by the Marines. Luci then was picked up in the nearest town and taken to South Blue, to live with her Uncle, an ex-marine, who began to train her with the hope that she would be able to protect herself from others. Luci kept the story to herself, and grew to hate the Marines and Government without question. She works to support herself after her Uncle died when she was 14 under the supervision of the town elders. She has hated the town and plans to leave as soon as she is given permission to leave.
After gaining permission to leave, Luci attempted to gain a ride on a Marine ship in the pursuit of getting off the island. However, after meeting Jason D. Black, who publicly announced her plans of becoming a revolutionist, she changed her mind and decided to join Jason on his way to also becoming a revolutionist. Attacked by the captain of the marine ship, Rayumi Hareda, and a government agent, introduced as Doc, Luci was forced to join Nate D. Brook on his pirate ship in order to escape and to get to the Grand Line.
Escaping, Luci asked Nate to train her, after they got to their next destination island, Honeycomb Island. After arriving she and Nate began speed training, where she would attempt to hit Nate. Training lasted a while, before Nate went to go check on Jason, who had gone to town for supplies. Luci prepared the ship to leave and the crew left after the tidal wave destroyed Honeycomb island, and set sail for Yoroi.
At Yoroi, Luci got off of the boat to go for a stroll, only to be bothered by Nate's over protectiveness that he had. She was able to walk a short distance out of eye shot of the boat before hearing combat. She immediately came back to find Nate and Jason battling Doc and a bounty hunter. She sat by, watching for a while before being prompted to fight the bounty hunter, who ran to go hunt someone else shortly after she joined the fight. She was knocked unconscious by a falling ship that had been thrown by Alka, a giant mermaid. After awakening, she found Kairouseki, which she began to gather excitedly. She was followed by Soren, a Marine captain when she began. She was then notified by Padriac that Nate and Jason were waiting for her elsewhere. They were then attacked by Soren, which Luci was heavily wounded by a shock wave that severely damaged her internal organs. After she handed the battle over to Nate, she fell became comatose. She was carried off to Stonewall Prison by Soren's fleet.
At Stonewall, she was comatose during the entire adventure, rescued by Nate who had escaped imprisonment, Padriac, Jason, a doctor who were all captured and Doc, who had brought Nate to Stonewall. The crew then carried Luci to Doc's hidden island.
Dream: Joining the Revolutionists on the Grand Line in the fight against the Government and the Marines

Techniques:
Skull Crush: Luci uses this technique when she has grounded her opponent. She jumps on top of her enemies head with her feet before launching off and smashing the rod onto their face.
Collapsing Cage: A fast attack used to target the rib cage. Luci attempts to confuse her opponents by running around in useless patterns in order to get in closer. When able, she aims precisely at every third rib in with the intention of having the ribs damage internal organs.
Shattered Limbs: An attack targeted on disabling her opponents use of their limbs. Luci begins to charge seemingly headlong towards her opponent, dodging the incoming attack before breaking or damaging the legs of her opponent to the point of sever pain. She then begins to target the arms until she completely stops the attacking enemy.
