4kids lost their rights to Yugioh, so who's saying he's infringing copyright?
I might not be up to date on the issue, but last I heard 4Kids was supposed to loose the rights to yu-gi-oh but is appealing to the courts to reconsider because if they loose yugioh they will go out off business, or something like that?
so its possible that 4Kids is still enforcing its copywrites until the whole lawsuit is settled.
I'm not clear on all the details in the case, but however you look at it, 4Kids is circling the drain and its probably just a matter of time before they go under completely. Knock on wood.
