Greetings,
I know this is short notice but I just thought that I'd let you all know, in case anyone is interested, that the Rebel Legion will be having a meet-and-greet at the Portland Costco tomorrow from 10 AM to 2 PM (we have lunch at noon). I'll be there in costume with fellow Kashsyyyk Base members. Members of the Imperial 501st Cloud City Garrison may be showing up as well.
So feel free to come on by, say hello, and get your picture taken with some of your favorite Star Wars characters! smile
I'll be in my red flightsuit so I should be pretty easy to spot.

I'm going to go check and see if I can make it. If I can, I'll definitely be there. I can get pretty good pictures and video on my Droid phone. (Awesome thing about the Droid line is it's a trademark of Lucasfilm Ltd. and its related companies. Literally a Star Wars phone. <3 )And I might be able to bring another camera with me. I'll edit this post with whether or not I can make it.

I'm not sure if you made it or not but if you did you should've said hello. razz
I was that guy off to the right of the table, wearing a red flightsuit and a silver chestbox with a dark gray flak vest. White belt, white leg straps, black gloves...
It was fun, though. Lots of pictures. And I signed my first ever autograph-- that was sweet.
Unfortunately a couple people didn't make it who had planned to. The Princess Leia that was going to be there didn't show and the couple Jawas (and a Tusken Raider, I think?) that were going to be there had something come up at the last minute. Ah well.
And if it doesn't make any sense why we were at Costco, they're making a donation in our name to Doernbecher Children's Hospital from what I understand. We've been having troops at Costcos around Oregon all month.
Next Saturday we're having one in Albany and one in Salem on Sunday at Costco for the Children's Miracle Network, though I'm not sure if I'll make it to either of those.

I ended up staying up way too late. I went to get an hour or so of sleep and I slept right through my alarms. crying

We have plenty of troops throughout the year so you can always come see us some other time. wink
We're also going to be in the Starlight Parade on the 4th next month. I should be there, too, unless something comes up.
