Haha, good one! Wincest razz Fred/George is my ultimate pairing. I do love a good Lucius/Draco though. Most of the incest stories that I've read aren't terribly good, and those pairings are so abundant that you are bound to find a good one eventually I guess. I could definitely go for a good Regulus/Sirius though lol.
I'm not as into father/son pairings as I am with brother pairings. -shrugs- But I can deal with Lucius/Draco if done JUST right.
There's actually a LJ community for Sirius/Regulus that is fantastic.

Fred/George/Other Character I like, but just the two of them I can't quite see. They do things together to others, not to each other, in my mind.
Lucius/Draco can be really good when written well. Weasley love is always fun though...

My rule of thumb: Dysfunctional family relationship = better incest.
Family relationships that are somehow flawed are just more interesting as incest.
Ron/Ginny = Boooooring.
Percy/Twins= VERY interesting.
