~Squad 2 Vice Captain~ ~Kenshin Harada~ "Sorry I didn't mean to offend" Kenshin says sheepishly. He listened intently on what both Avehi and Dokkalfar told him. Sure it was alot but he seemed to absorb all of the information. He even picked up on what Dokkalfar was going to say. So does that mean Avehi is a Ljosofar? A Light Faerie? he wondered. "So is your studio also based on faerie culture? I noticed that somethings aren't like i've ever seen."~'Failure is the one who doesn't try'~ ((Sorry about taking so long to post. "Not faerie culture. The culture of the European countries of the Human World are." She had taken another drink out of her tankard, before looking into it, displeased, since there was no more ale left in it. Hughin seemed to see this and take it from her to refill. "The islands of Great Britain and Wales, Germany are my main places of interest." She continued. "I have spent many, many years traveling the land there, as well as into some remote parts of frozen Russia. Hopefully I am not confusing you: let us hope you know your geography of the Human World." Dokkalfar watched as Munin fluttered about, as he then spoke next. "You did not offend anyone in here, save for perhaps the gods for being ignorant on this. But most do not understand the Faerie ways, we will not hold it against you." He cocked his head to the side. "You have questions on your mind, Harada. What be them?"

~Squad 2 Vice Captain~ ~Kenshin Harada~ Ignorant? he thought to himself. Surely this wasn't something even normal people knew of right? If it was Kenshin surely wouldn't know as he doesn't get caught up in widely know things even if it would benefit him to know such things. "So do faeries have any special abilities? When I say special, I mean things soul reapers or arrancar and the like, can do." Kenshin found himself greatly intrigued now and wanted know even small details.~'Failure is the one who doesn't try'~

"Faeries, like Soul Reapers and Arrancars, indeed have unique and special abilities that are theirs and theirs alone." Hughin, not wanting Avehi to become cranky due to lack of beverage, had bought out a rather large water skin filled with her ale of choice. Avehi though was talking. "Fire-breathing, flight and invisibility are all commonplace in their bag of tricks but there are others." Dokkalfar chimed in then. "Breathing underwater, shapeshifting, immortality or extended life, a knack for all things magic and mystical. Some even can change their complete nature in the blink of an eye and cause sure death for the unfornuate one who succumbs to their will." He then chuckled. "Not the kind faerie creatures of your mother's children's stories, eh? They can be malevolent and benevolent, or something quite in between. "

~Squad 2 Vice Captain~ ~Kenshin Harada~ "My mother? I...don't remember her or my father for that matter" he said solemnly. He got quiet for a moment before speaking up. "This old guy taught me about it. He took care of me and taught me everything I know. Come to think of it I haven't visited him in a long time..." He hadn't had the time to visit with the paperwork and invasions and what not.~'Failure is the one who doesn't try'~

" Carpe diem, sieze the day." Avehi said, looking at Kenshin asking his questions and listening to his answers. "Perhaps you should do that some day. He would probably enjoy you taking the time to visit him." Dokkalfar looked at the back of his hand, over each and every delicate tattooed line that inched across his skin like winding black snakes. "I do suppose you have more questions?"

~Squad 2 Vice Captain~ ~Kenshin Harada~ "Perhaps you're right. I'm sure he would be glad to see me" he says with a smile. He did find time to come here, it wouldn't be too hard to visit. When Dokkalfar asked if he had more questions, he was wondering if he was a mind reader. "Well...Avehi, what drew your interest in faeries? No offence intended" Kenshin says quickly. He was trying to get Avehi to confirm his suspicion without coming out and rudely saying it. ~'Failure is the one who doesn't try'~

Both Avehi and Dokkalfar exchanged glances at one anohter, before the Vice Captain responded with a sigh before her words. "Wandering around Europe and the world, you find many cultures who share stories about faerie-like creatures, even though they are all under different names, depending on where in the world you are...." "Oh for Loki's sake, alright!" She spewed out finally, the two birds crying out in sudden fright at their owner's outburst of emotions. "You want the truth, do you now, Kenshin?" She smiled slightly, chuckling: this revealed her teeth, sharp and pointed ever-so-slightly and definetly not human. "I am nowhere near human, or Arrancar or Hollow. I am Ljosofar, the light elf counterparts to the Dokkalfar."

~Squad 2 Vice Captain~ ~Kenshin Harada~ Kenshin nearly jumped out of his seat at the sudden outburst. "Umm...well..." he stammered a bit as a response to Avehi's question. Never before had the young shinigami been afraid as he saw Avehi's scary smile. Even if she said she was light her expression said otherwise. "You didn't have to tell me if you didn't want to" Kenshin says while smirking. Obviously glad his guess was right and apparent that he wanted to know anyway. ~'Failure is the one who doesn't try'~

She was laughing inwardly to herself now, darkly, with her teeth showing all the while: in all the times that Avehi was seen, very rarely was this ever how her image was. "And you think this is frightening..." She mused to herself. "Dokkalfar is no better when his rage strikes. Nor is Mughin or Hughin, Memory and Thought. Nothing is as it seems in this studio. You should have suspected that much when you befriended a Vice Captain who lives in the middle of the woods." More laughter to herself, as she started over towards Kenshin, her hand resting on her sword dangerously. "And now, another question, are you familiar with the woman known as the Morrigan?" There was something in her voice that unnerved even the bravest Soul Reaper. "She is not faerie, Good Folk, Wee Person or whatever you may wish to call my kind." And with a swift motion, she turned her back to him and started towards a window, humming and singing to herself: Over hills and over meadows See the crow fly, feel her shadow. Over woods and over mountains Searching for a war....
Her wings embrace each strife and battle With swords they clash and chariots rattle. Seeking out the one whose time has come to to take the blade.
Morrigan, ancient Crone of War, I see your face, I cry no more. Morrigan, ancient Crone of War, Come lift me on your wings. Morrigan, ancient Crone of War, I hear your voice, I breath no more. Morrigan, ancient Crone of War, Come set my spirit free.....(By the way, the song she sings is called 'Morrigan' by Omnia ))
