Weight:

Devil's Fruit:
xxxn/a
Personality:
xxxEccentric, crazy and hyperactive, Winter has always been a little nuts, but freedom has really brought that out in her. She’s constantly bouncing off the walls, except when she’s sleeping when she’s snoring up earthquakes.
Biography:
xXxXxWinter was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She was raised up a perfect lady with everything a young girl could ask for. Except, of course, freedom, excitement and adventure. Sure, she met a lot of sailors with interesting stories, but those were all about detaining pirates and battling crude bounty hunters. Yuck. Winter wanted to know about real sailors- pirates! She wanted to see the world, sail the seas, escape her mother's strangle hold and escape whatever icky plans she had for marriage (to a marine? No way!).
xXxXxWinter wouldn't have escaped with her sanity if it weren't for her perfect penpal- her father, a pirate captain in the Grand Line. Her father faced millions of challenges daily, but still found the time to write his only daughter. Her mother, a fierce woman who regretted ever setting eyes on the (handsome, charming, overall awesome) pirate, would be furious if she found out her daughter was in steady contact with the man. Luckily, she had no clue.
xXxXxThings were progressing normally; one of her mother's needlessly lavish dinner parties, a few dances with a few pampered idiots, then off to bed. What she found there was her father's messenger hawk, holding a larger than usual message. Winter unfolded it and the first thing she saw was a bounty poster with a red x. Realization sunk in, and Winter scrambled to read his note. It was long, telling of a rough patch of sea that would open up to the Grand Line. His last line said, "Farewell, my dearest Winter. A pirate ship has been spotted and my crew need to prepare for-" It was cut off by a blood splatter.
xXxXxWinter took that oppertunity to change herself. She decided she didn't want to be some spoiled little pampered brat. She wanted to be a pirate! Suddenly, she became 'Winter Cascada' daughter of the infamous Ronald "Violent Cascade" Cascada. After more than three years of excessive training to be a doctor, she decided there was nothing else her teacher could teach her and set out for further instruction. That was when she officially left her mother's watchful gaze (despite her mother's frantic protests). She decided she would chase her dream to see and change the world- by becoming a doctor on a pirate ship!
Dream:
xxxTo travel the world and be a proud pirate doctor- like her father!
Weapon(s):
Throwing knives; she can tip them with poisons, attach bladed wires and aim them at pressure points. Some of the ones she attaches wires to are thinner, flatter, less wind resistant and more helpful with stealth.
Fighting style:
xxxUsing speed, agility and her knowledge of the human body, Winter tries to leave no openings and take no prisoners!
Techniques:
1.) Bomber: either from high on a rooftop, above in the air or even just a foot above the head of the intended target, Winter releases three to five knives in bomber fashion, sure to put them in all escape routes, making dodging harder.
2.) Poison Bomber: either from high on a rooftop, above in the air or even just a foot above the head of the intended target, Winter releases three to five poisoned knives in bomber fashion, sure to put them in all escape routes, making dodging harder.
3.) Net Bomber: either from high on a rooftop, above in the air or even just a foot above the head of the intended target, Winter releases three to five knives with bladed wires attached. The knives aren't intended to hit the target, rather aiming for the ground a foot away from the target. Midair, she twists in such a way that the wires twist together. Any part they touch on the person's body becomes subject to extremely painful cuts.
4.) Trapeze Act: Lodging at least two knives into high up places (ie. rooftop to rooftop), Winter runs across the wire, giving her advantageous positions and a away to use her bomber techniques. The main weakness is in the wire; it can't hold her weight for too long, so she often can only stay in the air long enough to launch one attack.
5.) Wicked Snare: Throwing up to six knives, Winter makes a spiderweb-like trap through a space (often entrances to houses, narrow walkways, enclosed spaces). Since her wires are hard to detect in low light, she often casually stands behind it and lures the enemy into their quick demise.
6.) Trip Wire: Winter throws a knife across the doorway (alleyway, narrow path, etc) and normally has Cody secure it. Anyone who walks unsuspectingly through the doorway will trip and (unless they're wearing pants) get bloodied ankles.

Fingerless leather gloves allow her to grip the wires without cutting herself; the wires can cut skin, but not through heavy fabrics like leather.

Messenger Bag: has specialized reels in the bottom that roll her wires up and release them from holes in the bottom. A second compartment holds all her first aid supplies; even more compartments (outward ones) hold tiny vials of poison to tip her knives with.

Cody; her father's messenger bird (a hawk). Not only does he send messages, he'll often peck at anyone who he thinks threatens Winter.
