So this last Sunday (Easter) was the first day that I attended church!
I am not a very religious person, but one of my close friends invited me to service and I thought I would try it out.
I don't think that it has changed me at all, but it was certainly very interesting to see what a service was like. smile
So, how about you? Are you religious at all? What religion are you?

I wouldn't say that I am religious, but I would say that I am an avid believer in the Christian faith.

I'm a catholic... But I don't go to typical church service. I instead go to adoration every Friday night (that's where you basically pray, meditate, and read at church for an hour).
Typically Easter service for Catholics is a big deal, because that's when people get babtized... But I don't really know if the other christain churches do that. sweatdrop I'm glad you found it interesting! wink

I'm Catholic. For my family, we go to church every other Sunday and during Christmas, Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. But when I was in grade 8 when I was going to be confirmed, I had to go to church every Sunday because if you didn't go to church, you wouldn't get confirmed.

I'm not religios at all. Baptized catholic we quit church when i was 5 because of a bad experience. At 11 I decided not to be christian at all and me and some friends tried learning and becoming wiccans but in the end it was cool but not for me.
I'm now agnostic. I believe in stuff but don't follow a religion. I beleive in like the afterlife for example but don't know exactly what it will be. I have morals despite a popular belief that you need religion to be "good" I go by my morals and trust my gut and try to learn form life my best. I don't need a person in a building telling me what to do and reading a book for that.It helps some people with spirituality but not everyone!

Reminds me of a bumper sticker i saw.
"If going to church makes you a christian, does going into a garage make you a car?
or something like that.
