Judging by how it's been colored....it's either a random picture or fan art. I've never seen any anime shaded in a style like that ever. If I'm wrong, good luck on finding it.

Oh damn... was really intrigued in this....oh well....any one else know any supernatural/ romance anime or manga i can read since ive pretty much read everything on onemanga, mangable, mangafox, and 1000manga

That pic could never have been inspired by DN Angel because DN Angel was far to lame to ever spawn somthing so hot.
