The only one labtech we know that did defect to X's side is Labtech 123. :3
We don't even know if the other Nexus Labtechs ever worked for Gambino. Of course, some traitor labtechs won't be a bad idea. ;3
I think all the labtechs in the Compound are defectors. In his own words, X admits to gathering loyal subordinates from G-Corp prior to the Fission Event. When he began NeXuS, he collected his followers, including 123.
