Nicole thought it was a little odd. But then again hasn't she seen him go by her place a few times before? She never took the chance to find out. As they walked she was trying to help out so he wouldn't be dragging her. It was hard to just lift her legs to take a baby step. They were now in one of the poorest neighborhoods around. Finally when they got to her house she took her keys from her nearly frozen pocket and tried to unlock the door, but she couldn't her hands were shaking like crazy and when she tried to unlock the door she dropped then.
"S-s**t. I'm sorry. I can't really control the shaking." she smiled weakly at him. She wouldn't show it but it hurt just to smile.
