I folded and upgraded.
And have played like three hours total. Meh.

Honestly I loved questing. This was the first expansion where I finished all the quests in more than one zone (I think I did all of the Nagrand quests, and I know I did all of the Howling Fjord and Grizzly Hills quests). I got the Cataclysm Loremaster because the flow is just amazing. Quests aren't too difficult for the right level, and the story is really interesting.
Now.
Well.
I stopped playing like a month ago due to my major burnout finally setting in - add in a surge of Eve Online playing and the whole marriage thing and it was toast. I don't know when or if I will return.

And eek grats on the marriage!

I'm back to playing (damnit). I leveled from scratch on a Paladin after Cata popped (my old account was deleted during my hiatus through Wrath). Currently ilvl 352 and studying to raid; working on achievements etc and making money.
I love questing (because I'm a bigger fan of 1 player RPGs than MMOs), but I think what Blizzard did right to me was the numeric progression of leveling in general, ie unbuffed stats and XP. I play RPGs because I like watching numbers change and build. Once I hit cap, I tend to get bored and do something else. I haven't yet, mostly because there are so many things to do on a new character that I haven't done. Working on getting a 310% mount, working on getting all the Inscription recipes, getting PvP geared for arenas via BGs, running dailies, getting Loremaster / Heroic Dungeon achieves (which I already have for Cata but no other game segments yet; working on Wrath and back)...
This game is addictive, and I both love and hate it.

And eek grats on the marriage! There are certainly parts where being in a group is beneficial (and not just the multitude of mini-bosses strung about). On a lot of the kill quests, you're usually close enough that you're able to share kills and get quests done that much faster. Thanks, haha! Going on six months of marriage in a few days, actually. I hope I'm not supposed to do something special. wink

This game is addictive, and I both love and hate it. Yeah, I'm still in my same druid, I kinda leveled a hunter then stopped at like 82 after amassing a crapload of gold from the launch. Mining/herbing alts ftw?! My problem is that I don't have much more to do. I have The Exalted, I have a Dragonhawk, I have 310%, and I don't much care for pvp. Buuuut I don't have the time to raid three nights a week. : / I have thought about going back and getting Loremaster too, but then I think "well why not just level up a new character and experience that new content that way, no need to do it twice!" and then I log into TF2 and forget about it. edit: double post like a boss
