What it says. If you want to participate, you have to have some means of posting your artwork on the internet. There are programs, such as Gimp and DaMuro, that can be downloaded for free or used in your internet browser, and that you can use to create digital art without using a scanner or a camera.
Your art needs not be professional quality. A quick sketch is fine if you're busy, and your best amateurish effort is as good as the professional efforts of skilled artists!
NOTE: Do not post in this topic unless you're really going to draw the person who posted before you. No matter how many times you post, for each post you have to draw the person above you. There will be a different thread for comments about the art posted in this thread - post feedback there, if you're not willing to draw more than once, or not willing to participate in the actual drawing.
I recommend posting a placeholder post, saying for example 'I will draw you tomorrow'. And then we may poke you by any means necessary if you forget to draw! twisted
