Character Name: Dyaus Pita
Age: 28
Height: 6' 4"
Class: Launcher
Personal Weapon of Choice: Laser, Gatling Gun and Hand Cannons
Story:
Dyaus is the eldest of the Pita siblings. His mother is one of the imperial engineers of the palace guard and his father was a retired Blood Hawk (one of the smaller teams of the Kartels) ranger who eventually became an officer of the imperial guard. Dyaus and his siblings lived a rather normal life in Empyrean. His father taught him and his siblings, Jocasta and Ibsen, how to handle a and maintain a gun.
When Dyaus was 14, his home was attacked by the Blood Hawk Kartels. In the ensuing gunfight, the old ranger died protecting his family. Dyaus watched his father die from where he was told to hide with his siblings. He could never get the image of his dying father out of his mind for years to come.
Dyaus left home soon after his graduation to avenge his father and took one of the old ranger's Blood Hawk coats with him. Dyaus became a small-time merc in the out law district, taking up bounty hunting when the gun-for-hire business was going slow. He finally had a taste of revenge when someone hired him to take out one of the Kartels' stock piles of ammunition. Dyaus succeeded in the objective, but the rest did not go as planned.
He was chased out of the outlaw district by the Hawks and was cornered on the cliff. Instead of submitting to the men that killed his father, Dyaus jumped from the cliff and plunged himself into the Middle Ocean. The gunner found himself in the legendary world of Arad after leaving the Middle Ocean. Dyaus landed in a forest nearby a small goblin camp and rescued a girl by the name of Seria despite the injuries he took from the gunfight back in Empyrean and the crash landing.
Seria treated his injuries to show her gratitude for saving her. She pointed him to her Uncle Linus to learn more about Arad. Linus in turn, directed Dyaus to find a fellow Empyrean gunner, Kiri, in Hendon Myre. From there his adventures in Arad unfolded.
Dyaus came across a soul bender, Seifert and an elementalist, Sibelle during his travels. They traveled together for a short time and then separated when they all got lost in Shadow Thunderland. Although he wants to find his friends, Dyaus still had to return to Empyrean and continued on his own.

Height: 5' 11" (Jo: Don't be such a baby, Verla!)
Class: Mechanic
Personal Weapon of Choice: G-1 Series + Gatling Gun
Story:
Jocasta is the middle child of the Pita siblings. Her mother is one of the imperial engineers of the palace guard and her father was a retired Blood Hawk ranger who eventually became an officer of the imperial guard. Jocasta and her siblings lived a rather normal life in Empyrean. Her father taught her and her siblings how to handle a and maintain a gun.
When Jocasta was 6, her home was attacked by the Blood Hawks (or so she was told by Dyaus, who saw the battle from his position in their hiding spot). In the ensuing gunfight, the old ranger died protecting his family. Jocasta hid with Dyaus and her younger brother, Ibsen during the fight. She knew her father had died when she saw the horrified face of Dyaus.
At the age of 7, she was enrolled in the imperial academy for training. Jocasta followed her mother's footsteps as a mechanic and graduated from the academy as a full fledged mechanic. She was stationed at the palace and was on guard duty when an unknown enemy attacked. She was captured by the enemy and escaped soon after awakening. Jocasta hijacked a bike and drove off the cliff into the Middle Ocean, vowing to return to Empyrean to save both the princess and her mother.

Username: Black Witch of Ra
Character Name: Ibsen Pita
Age: 23
Height: 6' 2"
Class: Ranger
Personal Weapon of Choice: Legs. He likes kicking people/things.
Story:
Ibsen is the youngest of the Pita siblings. His mother is one of the imperial engineers of the palace guard and his father was a retired Blood Hawk ranger who eventually became an officer of the imperial guard. Ibsen and his siblings lived a rather normal life in Empyrean. His father taught him and his siblings, Dyaus and Jocasta, how to handle a and maintain a gun.
When Ibsen was 5, his home was attacked by the Kartels. He was pulled away from his father by Dyaus when the ranger ordered his brother to hide with Jocasta and himself. In the ensuing gunfight, the old ranger died protecting his family. Ibsen clung onto his brother's arm and saw his father's unmoving bloody body from their cover. Although he did not see the final shot, the sight of his father's corpse was enough to unnerve him.
Ibsen attended and graduated from a military academy and became an imperial guard. When he heard the "death" of his older brother at the hands of the Kartels, Ibsen resigned from the guard, grabbed one of the old Blood Hawk coats of his father and tracked down the group that ended his brother.
Ibsen used explosives on the supplies, ammunition and sleeping quarters of the mercenaries. A gun fight ensued between the ex-guard and the Kartels, the former being wounded and the latter regrouping. He was chased to the cliffs and, like Dyaus, jumped into the Middle Ocean. The younger ranger declared revenge on the mercenaries as soon as he returned from the legendary underworld of Arad.

Age: 23
Height: 5'6"
Class: Soul Bender
Personal Weapon of Choice: Katana
Story:
Seifert came from a small village in Arad that prided it self in their black smiths. He helped out his parents at the forge and learned how to use a sword from the passing adventurers. Seifert wanted to become an adventurer of Arad as well and continued to live with his head in the clouds.
However, one day, a demon possessed his arm and temporarily drove him insane. He accidentally killed his parents in his madness and woke up only to look upon their corpses. Although still a child, Seifert was chased out of the village due to the fear of him turning into a monster and killing them all.
Luck came by his way when an adventuring slayer, Sindre, found the starved boy on the road. Sindre nursed Seifert back to health and took him to a church nearby. There, Seifert received his first demon locks and began his days as a slayer.
Seifert eventually became a Soul Bender after undergoing training from a legendary slayer by the name of GSD. Although he no longer needs his demon locks, Seifert keeps them on because he had grown used to them.
During his travels, he met up with an Empyrean launcher, Dyaus and an elementalist, Sibelle. Unfortunately, their time together came to a stop when the monsters of Shadow Thunderland decided to play the divide and conquer tactic. Seifert survived the experience and began to search for his lost team mates. After days of exhaustion, the same old slayer (now asura), Sindre, pulled him out of Shadow Thunderland. Seifert was then told that his friends were safe, but have now continued on their own path. Seifert, now relieved of worry, goes off to find Dyaus and Sibelle to let them know that he was just fine as well.
