Found out choking and damn near having my throat ripped out is actually not as dangerous as it sounds and just as fun as cutting.

Wrestling with one of my dominates and told her i could top her and she choked me each time i went for it and i found out rapidly it is quite fun.

Bleh suffocation freaks me out haha, friend almost drowned me swimming once; not my fav ;P The blood-play, however, i can work with. Try (sanitized) needles. Just pricking, twisting etc. You could probs do peircings, but that can be a lil infecty... Yeah I have nothing more, not too much experience under mah belt xD

Yea drowning is quite scary but needles arent actually all that fun for me.
