“That he is indeed,” Miranda agreed. “I made a little box with toys for him even, some beads and baubles, small stuff he’s able to push around? Though, I never should have shown him the glitter – now he’s obsessed with it, and it always ends up all over the place. That stuff clings to everything, almost as bad as cat hair.” She made a face.
Rutie visibly perked up at the mention of the words ‘toy box’, pausing momentarily in his playful wrestle with the other wisp. There was no ‘front’ or ‘back’ to the wisps appearance, yet there was a sense of him eying his guardian closely. Would she get it out now? His toy box? The little vortex of shadows which surrounded him seemed to swirl ever faster with excitement.
Well, if money wasn’t an issue … That certainly was going to allow her so much more freedom in obtaining just what she had in mind for this specific commission. Though it was a little ironic, as it sort of beat the purpose of Athan having pretty much hired her to have some items in a lower price range available in his shop. Well, it would still be very affordable, considering she wasn’t working with precious metals, so Miranda wasn’t overly concerned.
“I do so thank you for your confidence in my abilities,” she said, somewhat formally and blushing slightly once more. Custom commissions always made her a little nervous, and this was one of the few times she actually met the person in … person. She was very relieved she’d be allowed to work without a time restriction. She hated deadlines. With burning passion.

"I.." Algie shook his head, thinking himself an idiot momentarily, "I never even thought of giving Bloo things to play with." It hadn't dawned on him that a shadow would want toys and Rutie obviously liked his toys. "Bloo sort of came with his own belongings I suppose."
Algie looked at the stone, frowning, and feeling like maybe he'd done Bloo a slight disservice. The wisp did not seem affected though and seemed totally okay with not having a toy box. Perhaps he thought himself too deep for toys? Or perhaps it was the wisp's own feeling of being too 'old'. Bloodstone did perk though, when Rutie did, in expectation of perhaps getting a gander into this amazing 'toy box'.
"Well from the examples I have seen I was impressed. Perhaps something like this will be good for your portfolio." It always helped getting more and better experience. He finished up his tea and there was an odd tinkling, jingling noise from his pocket. He withdrew a strange pocket watch with an unbelievable amount of hands on it. It was clearly keeping track of more than the time.
"I don't mean to be rude but I do have to run. I think we've figured out mostly everything?" he smiled, quite pleased with all they had decided on.

“Well it turned out to be sort of a necessity in Rutie’s case,” Miranda admitted with a sheepish smile. “Or else he’d make off with whatever I was using for my current project as soon as I didn’t pay attention, that little mischief-maker.” She wiggled her fingers at the wisps, as if to try and catch them, causing at least Rutie to promptly flee. “Yeah, I’m talking about you.”
She laughed, and rose from her seat, holding her hand out to Algie. “It was a pleasure meeting you. I’ll just send you a note once I’m done?”

"Yes, please!" Algie rose and flicked his hand out flat. It was a bit of an invitation to Bloodstone. Bloo gave Rutie one final tussling movement before he detached himself and rested on Algie's pointer finger. His shadows wrapped around the man's finger comfortably and he looked like he was wearing a shadowy finger armor.
"I can't wait to see what you can come up with. And thank you so much for the tea." The elder man ran his hand through his hair before he checked his strange watch one more time. He was feeling awfully rude but he had to head home. With a final wave and a tiny wave to Rutie, he headed out into the shop and finally out towards home.
