Yurimi is a girl who enjoys being a troll at times. She's fun and playful for the most part, especially to her fellow Kanto friends Kouhei and Gage. She loves teasing them, especially Gage who is the one she often gets into arguments wiht.
She doesn't play up her abilities as a trainer, either, instead thinking of that part of her as an entity only to be seen in battle. She can be a bit humble about her abilities if anything. Nonetheless, she's a cheerful girl who isn't shy around those she knows.

♥ "Tee hee, you called me cute~!"
Yurimi was born in the Kanto region, but in Pewter City. She has an average family, mother, father and sibling. They're a working class family, but she's still grateful for what she has.
One day while exploring the Viridian Forest, Yurimi found herself being chased by a wild Pokemon. She fled, losing herself in the forest. Unable to find her way out, she fell and sobbed. The girl found herself rescued by two boys from the opposite side of the forest, namely Kouhei and Gage. Since then, the three have been inseparable.
Yurimi doesn't particularly enjoys battles, if only because her precious Pokemon have worked so hard to get her to this point, they shouldn't take on so many after-battles. She's achieved such a high ranking, she feels satisfied. Really, she travels with them because she'd be a bit distraught without her best friends. If anything, she's probably more comfortable and happy with Kouhei and Gage than her own family now.

Gage • A childhood friend who she met by fate. He's hot-headed and tsundere, while she's playful and tsundere. Together, means there's a lot of arguments. She generally isn't tsundere unless the tables are turned on her, making her embarrassed. It's easy to think he has a crush on her, or she has a crush on him.
Kouhei • A childhood friend who she met by fate. She enjoys the fact that, while Kouhei can come off aloof and emotionless, he still goes along with her playful teasing and fun. It's easy to think he has a crush on her, or she has a crush on him.
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ • GROUPS
Kouhei and Gage • With all three of them, that completes their childhood trio. Kouhei generally is the buffer between Gage and Yurimi, often putting a stop to their arguments. Then again, he often just lets them fight til their tired. Gage and Yurimi tend to be the ones butting heads, but they also interact more often than Kouhei and Yurimi. Either way, they're an extremely close and protective group of friends.
