EV training isn't super important... it's better to keep them weak.
Moves on the otherhand are crucial... If you can get her to learn double team then you're good to go

yeah, you want to keep their defenses down as low as you can. Speed can be useful, though.
And even if you don't have stockpile, Swallow is awesome.

Moves to add: Attract, Quiver Dance, Double Team, Swallow/Spit up, Heat wave
