How old is Evangeline?
Very old. As far as I know, it hasn't been explicitly stated what century she was born in. I think people extrapolated her comment about avoiding the witch hunts to correspond with a historical counterpart, but I don't recall what it was. As she stated she was living in a castle in medieval Europe before she turned 10, I'd figure she's somewhere between 1500 and 500 years old.
