If it is, delete the post, warn the user of being banned if he/she does it again, and ban them if they do repeat the offense

There's not much that could go wrong in the contest forum, and for there's nothing happening there yet (I was planning on starting a contest, but at the moment, I'm too short on gold, and it'd be easier to succeed with contests when more members have joined), I was thinking the random forum might need more maintenance (for now).
