I am horrible at playing in keys that have a lot of sharps/flats in the key signature, or stuff with a lot of accidentals. Also, when I have to sit in the front row my mind goes blank and I can't play AT ALL. I can't breathe and I freeze up. The seconds row is as close as I will ever get if I want to get out of orchestra alive. I think I'd run out of air in the first row. It's really scary to me...

I'm good with rhythms, scale, transposing (but I don't do it much because I mainly play trombone), I can double tongue, and put some emotion into my music after I'm used to it.

But for the life of me I cannot Triple tongue, I don't make my dynamics noticeably that different, for some reason I can't get a note in tune every time, and for a trombone on first part my range sucks. But on the flip side I'm trying to work on all of those in which case I'll find something new that I'm bad at and make it better.

I suck at playing the flute. It's the only instrument that I've tried outside of my own that isn't percussion. I can't get a sound out of it. Only that nice hollow sound of wind blowing through the trees. xp I really stink at it. I haven't tried any other instrument other than flute and percussion. Percussion I'm slightly better in. I can hit the drums and find the right notes on bells, anyway.
