Soooo.....
Guys and gals. I need some advice. I am headed to Flo-ri-da for the summer and i want to get in shape now! ^^ (lol bikinis) anywhom..... yea, tips on how to get a nice body wink : D

If you can find a teacher or school in your area, I would strongly recommend Capoeira Martial Arts. One of thee best full body work outs I've ever had.
And of course eating a little healthier helps too.

If your worried about portion control, here's a neat trick. Use smaller plates. The food will be in smaller portions, but since it will be taking up the same percent of space on the plate, your mind will register it as the same. Drinking a lot of water helps to. A lot of times when your stomach says it's hungry, you're actually thirsty. Water will also help if you're working out more.

Try Swimming Laps. That exercises most every muscle at once and helps to trim your body.
