Tuomas looked up at the queen, surprised on how well she was doing. She was still fairly new to the crown, so this type of diplomacy shouldn't have come so easily.

Ari looked at the man closely. He seemed sincere in his apologies. She turned to Tuomas and Damien.
"He seems that he fully understands what he has done wrong, and I believe that his stay in the dungeons has been enough of a punishment. What are your thoughts?"

The youth gave a slight bow.
"A wise sentence. Shall I retrieve the keys to the cell door?"

"Yes, please."
She turned back to the prisoner again.
"Please make sure that this doesn't happen again. I would like for my guests to enjoy themselves here, not be forced to stay in the dungeons."
Ari looked at the surrounding, giving an involuntary shudder. Just being there for a small amount of time was unnerving, she could only begin to imagine what it would feel like after being there for several days.

Upon speaking with one of the guards present, Tuomas retrieved the proper key and proceeded to open the cell. Once the door was fully opened, he returned the key to the guard and stepped back to give the man room to exit.

Appearing at the top of the stairs leading down to the dungeon, Luferius hurriedly descended to address the queen and the other present company. "There appears to be an odd presence emanating from the throne room. I suggest that we investigate this matter immediately." His eyes conveyed a sense of urgency as he could distinguish the unmistakable odor of blood from even that far a distance.

Ari looked up, immediately concerned. Turning to the others, she gave a small bow.
"Please forgive me, but I should see what is wrong."
She carefully ascended the staircase, hoping beyond hope that Ryn was not the cause.

Tuomas paled and hurried to match pace with the others.
"P-please use caution! We are not certain what is the cause yet!"
He followed Luferius and the queen out of the dungeons.

Nero sensed that finally he was alone. Nero thinks to himself it would be a great time to evacuate the dungeon.
