Okay apparently the only attraction ever to feature anything from The Black Cauldron was the Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour in Tokyo. Its a lot scarier than most Disney attractions that's for sure! Unfortantly it closed in 2006.

This attraction had a audio animatronic of the Horned King! And yikes is it impressively scary!

Here's part 2 of the tour which features the Horned King; you can find part 1 from here too if you'd like to watch the entire attraction. Its quite a dark attraction so you won't be able to make out some things. I would suggest full-screen viewing. Its in Japanese but the video description's detail what's going on.

That Horned King is AMAZING! Its quite an older animatronic too I think. But seriously... very impressive indeed!

The Horned King, he certainly looks creepy!!! I now might put Black Cauldron on love the fact the has at least been a reference to Black Cauldron. Though I want a reference to Gurgi. I love Gurgi!!

The Horned King is epic! And in the movie he was voiced by John Hurt! Even more epic! You know... the guy from Alien. Though the Horned King in Japanese sounds awesome too~

The Black Cauldron needs more recognition... annnnnnnd I'd like to see some of the characters around the parks for like... meet and greets or shows/parades and stuff.

Oh wow... that's both super creepy, and super cool! I love knowing that there's reference to the Black Cauldron out there somewhere! It's exciting... gah, I need to find this movie and watch it again. Even if Kingy there did haunt my nightmares as a child... XD

Yeah the Horned King is one of the scarier villains; especially where character design is concerned.

The Black Cauldron was also referenced in House of Mouse; one episode involved the Cauldron and the Horned King actually made an appearence in a few episodes too.

I think the movie was recently re-released on DVD. ^_^

Gurgi was annoying in both the books and the movie. Henwin FTW!

The Black Cauldron is probably the most underrated of Disney movies; I didn't even know about it until my sister got a VHS of it years ago now.

I remember watching it... noticing it was a Disney movie... and wondering why I'd never even heard of it before.
