The Twelve Tribes:
Here's where you find out what race you might like to be, which areas on the map they will live, and what tribe they belong to.
Oh and who your tribe fights, and who they're allied with: If you don't know this, your character stands a high chance of getting attacked or killed. xd
(Note when I am writing the names of animals, insects and other creatures, it doesn't mean a frog hopping around or a talking bird, it means a cat-person, or a frog person with green skin and pretty gold eyes etc, or a wolf anthro and so on.
Half breeds and hybrids are also allowed. For instance, a fox person with just a fox ears and tail: They would still belong in the canine tribe.
A person who has various animal parts but looks mostly human still belongs in the Chimera tribe, because they're a mixture of all different creatures.)
1. Flying/Air dwellers: winged people, bird people, angelic, demon-like, strange wings, fairy etc. Anyone with a pair of wings who isn't a night dweller from the nocturnal tribe or a dragon from the reptile tribe. If your character has to/can float everywhere, they may also belong here.
The Flying tribe are always being attacked by the Feline tribe whenever they dare to set foot on land. The ones who live in the sky city sometimes have a superiority complex, thinking they're above everyone else (Lol) but they especially dislike the insect tribe, who they mostly find repulsive.
Territory: Floating sky city - this is a high tech city with beautiful buildings and architecture, mixing modern with antique. There are plenty of town squares and parks as well as thin bridges between areas. Many trees and flowers are grown here, though they are the kind that like high altitudes. The buildings and different floating parts of the city are all made so that people can have the choice of either walking or flying. Clothes and fashions here are made to accomodate wings.
Clifftops, cliffcaves and valley at base of cliff. The cliffcaves are really nicely furnished and carved, more like homes than tunnel caves and there are some windows in the side of the cliffs. Grown atop the cliffs are fruits and vegetable crops. Down in the valley, there are orchards and vineyards, and the stream running through provides clean water and fish.
Plateaus and forests high on mountain tops.The light brown mountains to the East have forested tops on the mountains nearest the cliffs. Some Flying tribe members moved there for a change of scenery. Their homes are houses in the trees and on the plateaus. Eagles, hawks and fiercer members usually prefer to dwell here as it is a favourite haunt for monsters also.

2. Insect: anyone insectoid, also includes worms, bugs, beetles, butterflies, arachnids (spiders) centipedes, leeches, glow worms, fireflies, moths, praying mantis,...
Territory: The huge underground caves systems and caverns beneath the large forest and grassy lands. They are like a whole underground town or small city, and have their own ways to provice artificial sunlight and weather systems. Self sufficient. Developed a very tasty type of phosphorescent fruits that can grow in the dark.
Allied with: Chimeras
Attacks: Human, Canine, Hoofed, Feline, Flying, Nocturnal and Other Animals tribes.
3. Reptiles/Amphibians: crocodiles, dragons, dinosaurs, lizard, gecko, snake, frogs...
Territory: Desert near walled city - a hot, sunny paradise for cold blooded reptiles who have trouble keeping warm during the day, but a nightmare at night when temperatures become freezing. Only the toughest members live here, surrounded by rocky formations and making their homes out of stones, tents, special mixture of sand with cactus juice or living underground in small cavern areas. Some are sent to the desert for training. There's an underground river that runs deep below a part of the desert and bubbles back up to the surface on its way through the walled city.
Tropical jungle round volcano, caves in volcano, river and pool that runs through their jungle. A humid and tropical jungle, bursting with life and beauty as well as plenty of natural fruits and foods. The caves in the volcano are warm and dry with a cheery red glow and many gems and rock formations. The river provides fish and eels.
Allied with: Aquatic tribe
Attacks: Everyone else. Think they are the most powerful and want to merge their tribe with the Aquatic tribe.
4. Feline: Nekojin (cat people), werecats, bakeneko, cat-taur, cat anthros, etc...
Territory: Paw Paw Valley. Surrounded by a circle of stony grey mountains is a hidden valley where cat people live. A stream of glacier water runs down from the mountains into the valley and ends at a paw shaped pool filled with some of the most delicious fish and crustaceans ever. Lush, grassy plateaus on the mountainsides are also inhabited, as well as the caves behind them and a bit of jungle around the base of the valley. Many parts of the larger forests are also inhabited by the feline tribe, who guard their bits of forest and their hunting grounds closely. Messengers are sent between each section of the tribes to keep in touch.
Constantly fighting with the canine tribe and attacking the flying and aquatic tribes.
Allied with: No one. Like being independant and secretive.
Attacks: Canine, Flying, Insect, Aquatic and Human tribes.
5. Canine: Werewolves, foxes and kitsune, dingos, huskies etc...
Constantly fighting the feline tribe.
Territory: Houses in deep forests and on or in rocky mountains in forest, 'dens' in forest or in hills in forests, dens in caves on grassy plateaus in the wildlands that are levelled like stairs, with a waterfall running down the side of the mountains. Bush areas.
Allied with: Chimeras
Attacks: Feline, Other Animals, Hoofed and Nocturnal tribes.
6. Nocturnal: Bats, owls, possums, sugar gliders, scientifically created vampires, etc...
Territory: Caves in dark brown mountains, forest on mountains, old castle city. A gothic styled city with a dark beauty and much glass and stone. Fashions here are gorgeous yet very expensive and they have very advanced technology, especially in medicine and transport. The city is unfortunately mostly deserted due to such small numbers so much has fallen into disrepair.
Allied with: Flying tribe.
Attacks: Reptile, Canine, Insect and Human tribes.
7. Other Animals/Mammals: rabbits, monkeys, raccoons, bears, kangaroos, red pandas, ant eaters, mandolins, badgers, mice, rats, etc...
Territory: Forest and wooded areas, grassy meadows, glades in forests, the maze nearsea tropical forest - a lush semi-tropical forest growing near the ocean, it shifts around and is like a maze, only letting the tribe members of the Other Animal tribe travel easily wherever they wish through it.
Allied with: Experiments, Hoofed
Attacks: Flying, Reptile, Canine, Human, Insect and Chimera tribes.
8. Chimeras: Humanoids or anthros. Mixtures of all different animals and creatures.
Territory: Walled city in desert. This city is filled with many spices, wares and gold, as well as catacombs under the city and a river that provides for crops and orchards as well as being the city's water supplies.They have many libraries here and the houses are very fine, with lots having cool tiles because of the dry heat during the day. The markets here are some of the best in Purri. They also export goods via the sea, making journeys to new lands and trading with the aquatic tribe.

9. Experiments: golems, cyborgs, 'dolls', plant-fused, elemental, anyone who doesn't fit anywhere else.
Teriitory: The starry fields. These beautiful meadow fields are full of strange minerals and soils, and so named because the flowers that grow in these lands all glow prettily, looking like a field of stars fallen to Purri. The grasses are odd colours of blue, pale green or purple and there are giant crystals of various colours and formations growing out of the ground. It could have something to do with being so near the scientist's labs. The starry fields are admired by the other tribes but carefully avoided. Needless to say, the Experiments have some of the best gardens in the world.
Allied with: Shaky alliance with Other Animals
Attacks: Only when attacked, or to help their allies. Have strange abilities and are quite powerful. Shunned and feared by other races.
10: Aquatic/Water: Mer, sea lions, seals, platypus, penguins, fish, jellyfish, sharks, whales, otters, crustaceans, anything to do with water.
Territory: Ocean - a deep, plentiful sea full of colourful life and fish. The waters get extremely cold in winter but most of the year round are mild, especially lovely in summer. Ocean islands - these islands are each a little different from the other but filled with plenty of exotic fruits and foods, as well as wildlife and insects. Ocean volcano - the Aquatic tribe lives on the sides of the volcano in the tropical forest at its base, as well as in undersea caves throughout the volcano. They also live in luxurious looking wooden huts built out on the water from the islands and the sea shore, made of driftwood and local trees. The Aqua tribe also inhabit the large oval lake surrounded by the grey stony mountains on one side and the haunted woods on the other, as well as a few forest pools and streams.

11. Hoofed: Centaurs, unicorns, pegacorn/unisus, horses, equine, pig, ox, goat, cow, boar, sheep, ram, etc...
Territory: The warm, fertile Savannah to the North, filled with golden grasses and great hunting grounds. The residents usually make sturdy huts to live in from the muds and grasses and there are plenty of small field mammals, ant nests and odd plants and berries growing around. These huts are surprisingly able to withstand summer rains. The grassy meadows and plains this tribe lives in are filled with fresh green grasses and wildflowers that vary from season to season. Also, the popular large forest is home to this tribe. It is filled with various open areas and pleasant glades, ancient, mossy trees and all kinds of beautiful birds, flowers and wildlife.

Attacks: Canine, Chimera
12. Humans/Elves etc: can be modified a little, such as hair and eyes, colouring, abilities, a mech arm etc but are most human out of all the races.
Territory: Purri Town - humans live here but everyone else comes to use the facilities and shops. It contains a medical centre, small hospital, grocery store, clothing stores, cafe, library, community pool, theatre, houses, parks, pharmacy and other things found in a human town. A pretty river winds its way through the town like a ribbon, dotted with a few bridges, and is bordered by trees which flower in spring.
Allied with: No one. Distrust all their weird, animal like neighbours.
Attacks: Everyone else who attacks them, especially the Experiments. Don't attack in Purri town unless being attacked by the other tribes. If they do attack, they go to the other tribe's territories and fight them there. Purri Town is a sort of neutral area.
Special: Monsters: The warped creatures sent after the residents of Purri. Big black monstrosities with snapping teeth and twisted parts. They're like experiments gone wrong, except they were created that way on purpose. They can't be reasoned with; they only want to steal, kill and destroy. They can however, be distracted.
