I was craving ice cream and/or gelati for AGES and I finally made it to the best gelati place this week. I had pandan/coconut and ferrero rocher gelati. Except now I think my cravings are returning already..... x.x

Lea Fealith That sounds so heavy I'd take two bites and be done. But it's not! That's the best thing about gelati - it's so light that you can eat it after any meal! And believe me, I ate a lot that night - we went to this Korean restaurant for dinner and had fried chicken. I didn't even know Koreans DID fried chicken but it was ohsogood. Anyway, it's summer here, even if the weather isn't behaving like it. xd Make your own sushi!

Sushi grade fish is expensive, and I only know of one place that I could get it without worrying about food poisoning and it's not a convenient location. BAWWW

Or make ones with tuna, crab, prawns or chicken. I know it's not traditional raw fish but it could be fun. >.>

chessiejo choco covered hazelnuts! sooo decadent but soooo yummish ooh that sounds good. I love nuts. rofl Too bad chestnut season is so short. I've made spring rolls before. They were pretty lame but sometimes I get major cravings for them so being able to make them helps, plus it saves a lot of money (they're so expensive crying ).

shells_of_sand Cashews are the king of nuts. 3nodding i like the ones which are burnt since they are extra crispy which is fortunate for me since that is the only kind our Dollar Store sells anyway! xd

I love dark chocolate. I almost bought an 86% cacao bar in a store today. Mmmm, bittersweet.
Also, I found this awesome freezer section sticky white rice in Wal-Mart near me for about $2-3. I tried it, and it worked well / tasted good. I've been considering buying some seaweed if I can find it and trying my hand at something sushi-ish. *Edit: This is the rice I mentioned.
But I'm spoiled. I have 2 decent sushi restaurants within 30 minutes' drive. It's expensive, though. I don't eat out very often.
Also also, I don't eat nuts. Don't like the texture. *shrug*

The idea of not having sushi places around seems so foreign. I swear you can't walk 5m in Melbourne without bumping into one. Even the chain restaurants are pretty decent.
