  Ivan Konstantinovich The large wolf seemed to look ... ever the more confused at getting hiss head tilted upward, and to be told he had no master. Bewilderment upon incomprehension. But at the 'turn human' he finally perked up his ears. Oh, oh yes! He knew how to do that! He'd done it sometimes; when the other sharp-scents had wanted blood without fur around it. So he changed. It was ... slow. Not as slow as Hati but ... not as fast as an adult's transformation should have been. Ivan could change in a second. It took this wolf around five ... with some mistakes. He was human shaped but with wolf ears and a tail left on, making it a flawed and incomplete switch. He hesitantly wagged his tail though, as if asking if he'd done good.

 Forever sweet and never ending… Jalen Jalen couldn't help but cover his mouth and laugh a bit at the incomplete transformation. It was kinda cute in a way... Though like Hati, the boy didn't seem to mind the lack of clothes on the other as he patted his hand. "Good. Can you speak? Do you have a name?" he asked, tilting his head. At least he was getting somewhere... If rather slowly....All I want is to know why life is not a lullaby.

 The scruffy tail wagged a bit at getting petted though at the request to speak ... The wolf shook his head no, looking down again. Speaking wasn't allowed. And didn't have a name ... if he'd ever had one at all, it was long forgotten.

Forever sweet and never ending… Jalen "It's okay," Jalen tried to coax out of the man. "You can speak. In fact, I really want you too. It would make me very happy to hear you speak. Please?" He sat down in front of the Werewolf, reaching back to pet Ivan's head absently....All I want is to know why life is not a lullaby.

Ivan Konstantinovich Ivan laid his head down, looking at the wolf sadly as he was petted. It was almost too heartbreaking to watch. The wolf blinked, staring at Jalen for a few long moments, as if unsure the vampire really meant it. Then, gruffly and roughly, he 'spoke.' "Gffrr."

Forever sweet and never ending… Jalen Jalen grinned. "There you go!" he patted the man's head with the hand he wasn't used to stroke Ivan's. "See, talking is good! You're allowed to talk now. Whenever you want. Can you say words?" The boy was quite proud of the progress he was making with the other, smiling brightly at the chance to help out somehow. He shifted to a more comfortable position, leaning against Ivan's soft and warm body....All I want is to know why life is not a lullaby.

Ivan Konstantinovich Ivan curled around Jalen, ears perked. He was wondering just how this wolf would be able to adapt ... or not. Hati had a small speech problem that would likely fix itself as he grew older, the growl leaving his R's, but would this poor creature even be able to speak? The wolf blinked, ears coming up a little bit at the praise, tail lightly wagging. "Wrrrrrths ..." he tried to say 'words,' a growled and awkward sound.

Forever sweet and never ending… Jalen Though Ivan was worried, Jalen was ecstatic that he was managing to get so much out of the Wolf. "Words," he repeated with a nod, slowly and moving his mouth exaggeratedly to show the Wolf how to do it. "How about I give you a name? I don't want to keep calling you the Wolf... How about... Axius? I think that's a cool name..." The boy smiled. "You're going to be Axius and when we find you a home we can get you into speech classes or something. And one of the other Werewolves can help you with your transformations."...All I want is to know why life is not a lullaby.

Ivan Konstantinovich The newly dubbed 'Axius' tilted his head, looking confused. Too many words and concepts at once; he didn't really get what Jalen was saying. The doctor had finished with the puppies, and the little ones were carried to the van. She came over sitting next to Jalen and Axius, giving Ivan a nod as well. "It'd be best if we get going. Jalen, you and our friend here," she reached out and gave Axius some pets, to which the werewolf looked a bit confused over. This lady didn't smell like a wolf or a vampire; he wondered dully what she could be then. "Are going to come with me in my van, seeing as neither of you will be running back, I'm sure."

Forever sweet and never ending… Jalen Jalen caught the Wolf's look and sighed a bit. Things were going to be difficult on him... And the next few days would probably be a bit confusing. But he was sure Axius would make it through.
He smiled at the vet, giving her a polite, "It's nice to see you again," before getting up and stretching. "Yeah, I guess we'll take the van back. C'mon, Ivan, let's go home." He smiled and reached down to pet again some more. They could go and take Hati back home now that nothing like would ever be happening again....All I want is to know why life is not a lullaby.

Ivan Konstantinovich Ivan got up as well, bowing and stretching his back, looking at Jalen with a smile. The doctor motioned to Axius to follow her to the van, and he appeared to understand that well enough, and the van didn't seem to be too alien to him. Maybe he'd been in cars before, at least, even if he wasn't often outside long enough to admire the scenery. Axius got in the back, laying down near the two puppies. The doctor took the driver's seat, leaving the passenger seat open. Ivan would run back; it wasn't like it was too much of a hassle to do so.
