Felin Greenleaf marzipancakes I just think it's funny/interesting how differently the two think! it's not sexist, it's a fact. Maybe some think the same in some areas, like Lydia's case, but there will always be some difference. And yeah, I have like a billion insecurities. -shrug- You are claiming gender as a cause for thought process, thus SEXISM Well I do kind of hate men sometimes, so maybe I am kind of sexist! a moon full of stars Streetlight Fights Because what would you rather find while dating a guy; Find a picture of some random model chick from a bikini calender ? Find a scandalous photo of a girl who you know in real life and who he knows as well ? Finding the first thing would never bring up thoughts of cheating, etc; at least for me it would not. Finding the second one would make you question why he has it, when he got it, and generally just make you suspicious etc etc. but the second scenario was never in the equation... he doesn't know the girls, they're still just models for all intents and purposes. Actually when I made the OP I had no idea if he knew the girls or not. But yes, even though he didn't know them, it still bothers me much more than having model pics, and if you don't understand why then you probably never will no matter how I explain it because it's just a personal opinion thing. I'd be a lot more bothered if he did know them though.

It is because he possibly has unrealistic standards of beauty and you're paranoid that he doesn't like how you look? Because he's really stepped in for you and totally loves you, so there'd be no sort of doubt in my mind of where his thoughts go. I think he's a one-hand man though -- the only person he feels comfortable getting it on with is himself. :B

Tenacious Travis Porn is porn. Most of the stuff I have is "regular" girls/amateurs. How is it any different from professional stuff? It's not. I'm not going to suddenly purge my porn folder because I have a girlfriend. I would suggest that it's more of an insecurity on the part of the girlfriend, just because I have porn doesn't mean I don't still love her and want to do things with her. She can't always be around, sooo.. EDIT: Though, yeah, if it's other girls I personally know yeah that's weird.
This. Everyone likes different things but I'm not going to assume that he's a cheating b*****d because I'm insecure.
Also, I think it's unfair to say that this scenario is "an example of how males and females think differently". Just because I'm not a guy doesn't mean I think someone who's in a relationship shouldn't have porn.

Nude people kind of cease being actual people to me, especially if I see your nude and don't know you.
I don't think of porn stars in their daily lives. It's like they're automatons made to take off their clothes and can be shut down and stored in a closet until another porn needs to be shot.

I saw a post on reddit recently. THe person was like "Wow I walked with this girl to middle school every day."
The pic was of her doing a professional porn shoot with a d**k in her mouth.
I have a hard time imagining that woman as anything other than that picture.
