She stopped for a moment and looked back at him. "You know... I feel sorry for you. You juge others with out even getting to know them. Just because im a female you say im a bother to you and 'troublesome.'" She shorted. "You know nothing about me. Did you even bother to try to get to know me? no. All you've done so far is insult me, and think me a pest. Im sorry it took you so much effort to help me out of that log. It was an accident that I got stuck in there but instead of just leaving it as that you blame me for it and taking your time up from gazing at the sky. Well you didn't have to help me. You could have just left me there, Im sorry that you had to take time out of your BUSY schedule to help someone in need." She huffed. "And the fact that you don't like females because we are different then you is un fair. You don't know anything about anyone unless you get to know them. So far i've been the one trying to talk to you because you were the only one around... It made me more comfortable then being alone but you didn't even try to talk to me..." She looked away. She figured she should just leave now. there was no changing this guy. If all he did was hate females because of some of the things they did different then him she saw no reason to stick around anymore.

Shen didn't even answer with a shrug. He already knew his nature was essentially a lazy one, and that wasn't going to change overnight. He knew he had very defined views about the sexes that could be seen as old-fashioned, but he knew just as well as that women were as capable, and perhaps more ruthless, than men. He also knew his social skills were lacking and he could be labeled as "unfit for civil conversation".
His lazy nature was his downfall. Shen always thought actions defined more than words, but when all he wanted to do was to watch clouds or relax it was hard to convey anything. He could be an eloquent speaker if he wanted, but it went right back to the lazy thing. Plus he hated having to get flowery and long-winded in his speech.
Still. He'd pulled Techno out of the log, hadn't he? If it had really been as troublesome as his complaints seemed to make it, he wouldn't have bothered.
And maybe he could have marshalled a brilliant arguement in his defense, but his nature hindered him yet again. He didn't want to argue, didn't want to engage in the pointless picking at of faults that were only natural parts of personalities for better or worse. So all he said was, "Sorry I wasted your time, then."

"you know what... no..." She turned to look him in the eye. "Im sorry for wasting your time. It seems that I was fooling myself when i thought I could get to know you. I'm just some stupid female who happened to be nothing but trouble for you. For that im sorry." She hated saying that but it was true. All she had wanted to do was get to know the male. She thought he had been a good looking guy and he kinda interested her. Now this was just a reminder of why she traveled alone. She then turned. "I'll be sure not to bother you the next time I come through here then." With that she headed back in the direction she had first come from when she was trying to avoid the storm.

Shen sat quietly, listening to the sounds of birdsong and quiet. It was like the storm of yesterday had never happened. Funny how nature did that.
He glanced in the direction where Techno had left. "Why apologize for being yourself? Seems so pointless." He shrugged and looked back up at the sky. It was too late for Techno to hear him, and anyway she'd probably have just gotten mad again.
Ah well.
Least it looked like it would be a beautiful day.
((Gonna put a FIN in the title now?))
