I played all through middle school and spent way too much on booster packs. shells, our area got hit by a blizzard and a ton of flights were cancelled or delayed. Mine was delayed, but the delay meant that I couldn't make my connecting flight, so I ended up having to wait for 3 days. I'm back in Denver now though, thank God.

I was out at a New Year's party, playing beer pong and/or playing w/ fireworks.

I don't know if I just didn't watch the news when I was a kid, but it seems like the world's weather is WAY crazier than it used to be (or maybe it's just Australia, I suppose you guys could be used to blizzards). There's flooding in Queensland (a state in Aus) at the moment, which is larger than the area of France and Germany combined.

I think the world's weather has gotten crazier.
Blizzards are common up north this time of year, but not ones of that scale. Weather problems are becoming more powerful/far-reaching than they used to be.

IceBlake I think the world's weather has gotten crazier.
Blizzards are common up north this time of year, but not ones of that scale. Weather problems are becoming more powerful/far-reaching than they used to be. I remember when I was in elementary school we had a blizzard so nasty that entire groves of trees were encased in ice (and most died), and the snow froze over so that you could walk on top of it. It piled so high we could just walk right over our fences. Compared to that this blizzard was a dinky one.
