No, Herion hadn't done anything else; but just this was enough, Luka thought, crossing his arms and looking away, sulking rather well. He humphed, and fluttered his wings, rising up above the shelves, just in time to spot Katia's pale blonde head walking this way.
"Dollhouses? Why would they be there?" Katia blinked, then shrugged. She didn't want to think about it too hard. She was sure, smart as she was, she could figure it out. However, it wasn't necessary.
"I suppose we shall see, won't we?"
Viktor heard his daughter approaching, and quickly stowed the dollhouse behind his ample mass, smiling at her as he spotted her coming around the corner.
"Hello, Kotik. Are you ready to go?" He asked innocently. Katia blinked, then nodded.
"Almost. Eve helped me find it, but I can't reach the other color..." She said, smiling at the rag-doll girl.
"Well then, we'll just go get it down. Thank you for all of your help, Eve. And thanks to you also, little Skygge." Viktor smiled and inclined his head to Herion, setting one hand on Katia's shoulder and leading her back down the aisle, dollhouse still hidden behind his back.
"Thank you Eve!" Katia said cheerfully, waving as her father herded her back toward the sparkles. "Maybe we can play sometime. Goodbye!" With a chipper wave, she disappeared around the corner, chattering to her father about the color spectrum, or something.
Luka cast Herion one last jealous glance, then zipped after his family, huffing. It wasn't Herion's fault that Viktor liked him, but that really wasn't the point here. Friendly enough, but Luka was far too jealous to actually be friends with him.
