because a guild can only use its money to create new forums, which is pretty pointless, when there barely anyone even goes on this forum.

Well there was no need for an explaination really...but the money is already put in so there is no sence in saying it's pointless now. The money can be used for later use.

I've seen many guilds have a mule just for donations, because if you donate directly to the guild, the only use for the gold is directly on the guild. If the guild had a mule, then the gold could be used for other things, like contest prizes, paying for art and banners, etc.
