It's probably a quest item. Personally I didn't much care for the chest plate so I don't know if I'd really be intersted in an Optimus standing next to my avatar.
I'd love his helmet, or maybe his G1 truck mode by my feet, but not his movie/Prime version standing next to my avatar.

It's a leaked item.
It never did come out or it came out and then was removed because if you'll notice it will say "No Data" which means not a single one was sold.
